Basically there are two things going on here. The first and foremost which frustrates me moderately is the fact that this company is charging everyone 15 per paper bag, surely it wouldnt normally be an issue but when using EBT to purchase food products they are still charging people and will decline any request to adjust this charge when it finally was brought to their attention. I asked how many times they have charged me for a bag (since they do not hand out itemized receipts I never noticed they were doing such a thing until I caught the worker adding a random surcharge) and they have admitted that its happened every time I shopped there. What is extremely infuriating is that the second complaint I have is that the same day I noticed that there was something I was purchasing(Monster Java 16oz. Can) that is advertised as one price ($3.99) and rings up as another price entirely ($4.99). The worst part is that when I ask other people of their experiences with any of this it turns out most of the store pricing that is shown doesnt actually ring up as that price. I tested this again with a Tillamook teriyaki stick which sure as the rumors rang up as $3.99 after being advertised as $1.99. This surely cannot be legal can it? Unfortunately I havent been facing any receipts because they dont show any information of value and they denied me of an itemized receipt at my last visit when I requested this.
