I met with ***************************** on February 10, 2022 at approximately 4 pm, when he came out to look at what I was wanting to build. I wanted a 8x12 lean to structure over a floating deck to cover a hot tub, a matching 14x14 structure over my patio, and a step-deck out our back door next to the deck. He was quick with an estimate I received on Monday February 14, 2022. He came by on Tuesday and I signed the contract and paid him a check for $3975 which was down that he asked. We set up for him to come on April 18th to start work. Check was cashed immediately. On Sunday April 17 I sent a text that he was still on for coming the next day and asked for an estimate arrival time. I called on the 18th and texted several times. I finally received a text stating he was a day and behind on a job and would be here by noon on Tuesday (19th) I on the 19th he did not show up and I texted and called to try to find out if he was coming. I received a call on Wednesday the 20th saying someone stole his van and he had to go to Medford to pick it up and wouldnt make it but would be there Thursday. On Thursday I called and texted trying to get an ETA. At 11:30 am he sent me a text and said he was heading my way. At 2:48 pm I asked where he was coming from and he said Bandon (which is approx. 30 minutes from my house). He showed up at approximately 3:30 and we discussed the work. He said he was waiting on his crew and they left together so not sure where they were. At 4 he finally says the crew stopped to eat and couldnt get the van started and left saying he would be back on Friday. I spent the next week calling and texting and he never responded. I looked up his website and it had been taken down as had his ******** page. I can not get hold of him and would like my money back as he never showed up to do any work and didnt buy any of my supplies. ********************************* License Business/ Tax # ********** Invoice # ******

We hired ********************* with A&N Construction and Remodel LLC to install Luxury Vinyl Planks (***) that we purchased. We paid him half down and would pay the remainder when job was completed. The workers that came to do the job were obviously not trained in installing flooring and especially click lock ***. They had many problems getting the planks lined up as well as fitting all the angles in my walls. They had to redo much of their work when I pointed out problem areas where the click locks were not locking in place or they hadn't gone close enough to the wall where the baseboards would cover the edge of the flooring. I repeatedly asked ********************* to come look at what was going on as the workers were not getting it done right. One of the workers used screws and Liquid Nails in an attempt to get the floors to hold together. The *** is a floating floor product. Doing this would cause the floor to buckle in other places as it expands and contracts with weather changes. With all the redoing of the floors they damaged a lot of planks and ran through almost all the boxes and still had problem areas that would need to be redone. ********************* finally came to look over the job after the workers gave up getting them installed correctly. He said he would make it right and order more boxes to cover what had to be replaced and leave me with extra (as I had ordered more than I needed for this purpose). **** said the replacement boxes would be picked up on 3/14 and he would finish the job on 3/15/2022. After many attempts to reach him he finally called and said he would pick up the boxes on 3/16/2022 and finish on 3/17/2022 He has not called or made any attempt to contact me to finish the job. I had 2 other flooring companies come out today and quote me what needed to be done. They both said the floor was unfixable. It would all need to be removed and started over as the click locks were not installed correctly and screws and Liquid Nails were used.
