The owner filed a claim on my car told me my car was totalled and that I needed to give her my title. I never did so she put a dealer hold on my title after I asked for my car back to get fixed. She told me that she scrapped my car because my insurance only paid her so much but they paid her way more then she said and then offered me scrap price for my 2014 ***********. I did write her a demand letter which I got a **** explorer from her that broke dowm and was not even a quarter of the price of my car. On this paperwork she sent she said I knew she scrapped my car and tbat i abandoned it. I never abandoned it. She told me my car was totalled and could not be fixed to give her my title and she would take care of it. She is scamming a lot of people with insurance and also telling them their cars can't be fixed when she is just selling them and making money. She is a fraud

This Complaint is absurd, ****** was understandably upset by the situation that befell her, but to take it out on me and my company is just misguided. Her boyfriend, at least at the time, ran her car through a street sign and ended up 50ft off the Highway in a swampy field, the vehicle had to have been traveling upwards of 80mph to make it that far. I helped her file a claim, because she had no money and did not have full coverage, otherwise her insurance company would not have paid for the Recovery of the vehicle. Once I was successful in getting her insurance company to cover the recovery bill, I reached out to ******, for almost a month, and she never got back to me. I have enclosed photos of the vehicle, not only in my impound yard, but of the vehicle going across the scales at the scrap yard, where it was taken. Instead of charging her storage for the vehicle, which her insurance would not cover, and since I had not heard from her, not from lack of trying, the vehicle was liened and scrapped. The front of the vehicle was hit hard and the front core was broken to pieces and pushed into the motor from the impact from the street sign, there was no fixing this vehicle as the frame horns were bent. A week after the vehicle was scrapped, ****** finally reached out to me about getting her car back. At which point she was informed of what happened and why. She did write me a letter, and so I tried to help her out, feeling bad for her situation. I gave her a 2011 **** Explorer and only charged here the cost of the scrap price from her other car, which was applied from the scrapping of her car. She even left us a 5 Star review on ******* The Explorer started to misfire, so she brought it back to us and we fixed it for free for her.

I do not understand why she feels that we are responsible for her misfortune.

The morning after the accident, ****** called me to tell me she had filed the claim and my car was totaled was unable to be fixed and that I needed to bring her the title she would take care of my car. Me unsure of the situation and it not sounding right to me, I did not take her the title. She contacted me once more to tell me she was successful in getting my insurance to cover her bill and asking about the title. She never asked me to file the claim, she had already done so.  She did not reach out to me for a month. I asked ************************* husband at the time,  if I could come get my car because that is where my car was last seen, and I spoke with him when retrieving my belongings. He told me she would tell me that I owe her money but that my insurance covered the cost so to just tell her I was going to get my car. I spoke with my insurance company before calling her to verify that she was paid and it was over 2thousand dollars. I told ************** was coming to get my car, of course she told me my insurance only paid her half of **** and the storage, so she scrapped it. when I told her how much my insurance company paid her, she tried offering me the scrap priced admitting she scrapped my car for no reason because she was paid well over the amount. I denied her offer. I took in a demand letter to her dealership and she gave me a **** explorer that was not worth more then a thousand dollars. she made me feel like she was helping me and told me to do a review on her after I got the explorer. I contacted her less then a month later letting her know it was breaking down and to see if I could return it and get something reliable due to me being a single mother. she told me no that I could sale it and list it for over **** and bring her the money once I sold it and I could get something else. so again, her lying saying that they fixed the explorer free of charge. Not once did she offer to fix it, she told me to bring her money. Her saying she was trying to get ahold of me is a lie she had no reason to because she said in her last notes that I was aware she was scrapping my car (I will add this picture of her saying this.) In this letter she is saying she couldn't get ahold of me, so she had to put a lien on it to scrap it. She said I knew she was scrapping it yet why did she put on DMV paper that my car was abandoned and in this letter stating she tried to contact me and not cuz of lack of trying she put a lien on it and scrapped it. Also you can tell that all of her invoice documents are not accurate and altered with. Her invoice papers she gave as her evidence, say the date of 2/2/2022. The accident happened on 2/3/2022 and I never spoke with her until the next day which was 2/4/2022. These documents are made up and altered with, you can see how things are ****** out etc. She didn't look at the date when she was trying to get her evidence together and she put a date that would have been the day before the accident. She is scamming a lot more people then me. I want to be compensated for my car and for all the stress she has caused me and the money I have had to put into cars. I'm a single mother and she stole my car scrapped it and has made false documents etc. I could have gotten my car fixed but she lied to me saying it was totalled she had no way of determining that she didn't have insurance look. I didn't owe her but she put a dealer hold on my title. she is not just scamming me out of my car to make herself a pretty ***** but who knows all the other ones who weren't smart enough to figure out she lied and didn't scrap their cars and lied about how much they owed her.  i want compensated at least 10k to make up for the price of my car and all of the money I have had to put into other cars fixing them and buying them and all the stress she has caused me. or I would settle for a nice reliable car that is within the price of this and is not going to be altered with or going to brrak down. if it does break down I want it fixed free of charge like she lies about saying she fixed the explorer. she never did. She says I knew about it being scrapped, then she says she coulent reach me and she tried so she scrapped it, so which is it? I knew it was or it was abandoned? also you cant have invoices with a date that it never occured.
