I purchased a vehicle (red 2012 ***** Insight) and warranty (Protective AUL) on 8/20/2023 from Persian Motors DBA Flying Carpet LLC. The dealer I was working with is named ***************************. I looked at the Carfax and there were no issues, I also asked ****** questions about the car which he stated he put work in the car and everything was all set. About 3 weeks later, my check engine light came on and the oil level indicator came on. I took it to ******* and the mechanic was not able to do a diagnostic, but told me there was no oil in the car when he checked. He then put oil in my car. That was my initial concern because I questioned why would a dealership sell a car with little to no oil to a customer. About 2 weeks later, the check engine light came on and the oil light came on again. On 9/30 I went to Expresso Lube and they put synthetic oil in my car and told me they saw some issues with the car and couldn't run a full diagnostic. They recommended that I take it to a mechanic who can do a full diagnostic. I took my car back to ***************** on 10/3 so that they can run a full diagnostic and begin to fix the car. The mechanic told me that the car had several issues after the diagnostic and said the repairs totaled $3,576. I called ***************************, the dealer, to let him know what was going on and he said to go through the warranty and file a claim. When I attempted to go through the warranty, they stated the paperwork was not filed for my contract. I called ****** back to let him know and then he submitted the paperwork. I called ******* a couple days later and told them to file the claim with the warranty. I called ******* back the following week and they told me the claim was denied and no detail was provided. I decided to go somewhere else for a second opinion and took my car to *************** for a diagnostic on Friday 10/27. I got a rental as well because the diagnostic and service would not be completed on the same day. I called *************** on Monday 10/30 and they provided me with a full list of issues that the car had. They stated that they did a diagnostic on this car back in May 2021. They said they recommended the same thing back then which was to replace the engine and transmission because it had piston ring failures. The transmission was leaking for a while, the fluid was all over the under carriage at that time. They also said the claim was denied by the warranty. When I called the warranty, they confirmed the claim was denied because these weren't new issues. I returned the rental and paid out of pocket for diagnostic and rental because the warranty wouldn't cover anything. My next steps were to cancel the warranty because it covers nothing and the car has repairs that cost more than its value and will soon not be able to be driven with all the repairs needed and to supplement this I have been buying and putting oil in the car every 5 days. I went to the dealership on 11/1 because I needed to speak to ****** and have his signature on the warranty cancellation form. When I spoke to him he said he didn't know about any issues when he bought it in June 2023. He said they put new CATS, they fixed spark plugs, coils and a bunch of work to the vehicle to make it a new car. He said I took the car and that his job was complete, which was for me to finance the car. He said he could get me a new car on trade but there would be a negative equity issue. I looked around the lot and told him one I was interested in, but would follow up once the cancelled warranty was settled. After that day I have been calling the dealership to see what's going on and ****** has been giving me the run around that he hasn't heard anything or received any check. I called the warranty company who confirmed they sent out the check on 11/9 and at the most it would take 10 business days to receive the check. On 11/14 I received a call from an investigator at the *** who was conducting an investigation on Persian Motors DBA Flying Carpet LLC and had informed me that this dealership has been doing unlawful and shady practices which included registering cars at a later date because they do not have the title and would pocket the money. I told him my situation and he recommended that I file a claim through the ****** **** I want a total refund for this car plus the cost of rental and purchasing oil to put in my car every 5 days. I attached the warranty contract and the diagnostics from both mechanics. Please assist in the matter as I am sure I am not the only one ***************************/ Persian Motors DBA Flying Carpet LLC is taking advantage of.

We purchased a 2015 ****** Forester on June 23, 2023 from Persian Motors (salesman was ***************************). And from day one they lied and misled us to believe they had already submitted all the documents to DMV to process our vehicle for registration, ****** and plates. three months, no title or plates from DMV, so I called Persian to follow up why and theyve always insisted that they had already sent the documents to DMV and blamed DMV dont have enough people to process my documents. Then I called DMV talked to a live person, they told me they havent received any documents for my cars VIN # from the dealer, and advised me to get a tracking number from the dealer. When I called back to Persian Motors and left a dozens of messages about needing a tracking number, no one ever called me back. Then Wife and I stopped by in person to visit the dealership two occasions, the first time was to renew the 90 days expired temporary plates; the second visit to track down the guy named ****** - he supposed to be the ONLY one handling all the documents sent to DMV. In person, he FINALLY admitted that they never had the title and they still waiting for it from the previous seller (Carmax). Now 5 months later, we still dont have the title and Persian keep sending us a Title Delay document to keep. We are very stressed out and had many sleepless nights because they lied and deceived us, sold us a car without a title. We need your help us investigate into this case. Thank you in advance for your help! Tan ****
