    On December 1st, 2023 I had hired All around movers for 2 hours to move my larger belongings from an upstairs apt **** to the unit downstairs ****. There were several times during the move process that I felt uncomfortable with how they were handling items and how one of the two men spoke to me. It was my mother and myself that were there. I hired them to move my belongings as I have a torn hamstring and my mother is older so neither of us could move the items. One of the items that were moved was a washer and dryer set. When they moved the washer it is quite heavy and was noted by the older of the two men that was moving it. When they placed it in the laundry room, he came out stating that they are not supposed to hook up the water lines or the dryer hose but he did. I thanked him and didn't think much about it. Two days later when I needed to move the dryer to change out the cord and switch the door around I noticed that there was a huge tear in the brand new flooring that was just put in and there was damage to the waterheater pan next to the washer. I physically can not move the washer and I don't have anyone that could come help. I sent an email to the company asking for how they were going to pay for the damage and I received an email response that was quite shockingly disrespectful and denied any wrong doing. They claimed that I had to have moved it, which I can not physically move it and live alone so no one else has touched it.

    My 80 inch ** was damaged during the move, model showing in the pictures. The movers never asked for confirmation that the ** worked prior to moving it and yes it worked. I contacted the owner and he refuses to accept responsibility and laughed that I did not pay for extra insurance.

    Absolutely awful customer service!I scheduled one truck and three movers and after packing we determined we needed an additional truck and two more movers for our outdoor living items, like most active families.I called to make the request and the man that took the call was extremely defensive stating 'they don't move dirt, nor wet things.' I told him my items are clean and today they are wet due to rain although by moving day, they will be dry.He refused service and followed up with an Email stating that they refuse to move ANY of my outdoor items.I called to cancel the service and the woman that took the call was just as bad, if not worse then he was.She informed me they are going to turn me over to a collection agent to pay them for not cancelling within 72 hours, all while yelling what a wonderful company they are.And now I have the string of nasty and threatening E-mails.
