      I purchased my annual ********************* subscription (4 quarterly boxes) in January of 2021. Due to supply issues during COVID, they did not send boxes out quarterly at all, but just when they could, hence why this has now been dragged out to 2023. The last I heard from a customer service rep from ********************** was November 2022 (see screenshot). They allowed subscribers to 'skip' boxes if they didn't like them, which I did in November 2022. I didn't know at the time that that would be the final box they would ever send out or the final human contact I would have with their company -- there was no indication that Kevia would effectively shut down the service without notice. I should have received information about a new box 3 months later (the next quarter) to decide whether I wanted to skip or receive my final box, but no additional options were ever offered. I've tried to reach out for a prorated refund but I now never receive a reply (*** from Kevia would always reply within a day or so when I opened my subscriptions, hopefully *** has found a much better employer). I received a mass email in March 2023 explaining they wouldn't be renewing annual subscription boxes. Yet they never sent out additional boxes (my final box) or offered a refund for boxes not received. Checking the BBB website (bbb.org/us/or/********/profile/jewelry-stores/kevia-style -llc-1296-1000145560) and MySubscriptionAddiction website - mysubscriptionaddiction.com/b/journeebox -- no good reviews since 2021), it seems a lot of us have been swindled. Kevia Style should be shut down for not fulfilling their orders/stealing from their 'customers' (victims). It is absolutely shocking to me to see that their website is still up and they seem to be taking orders. They have nonexistent customer service. They do not have a phone number, so they intentionally make it impossible to contact them. Kevia *******************, you are a fraud and should be ashamed.

      This issue has not been resolved. *** at at Kevia said they are determining whether credit will be issued or if they are going to send another box but Im still waiting for a resolution.

      Was sent the wrong item and the business will not respond to me. Ive been waiting for 6 hours for the next agent for their chat service.

      Hello,

      We received communication from this customer about receiving the wrong item and we responded asking her to send a photo of the item she received. We then issued a replacement for the missing item and that was shipped out and was delivered on September 8th, as shown in the attached photos.

      Please update the results of the claim so that our account history is reflected more accurately, as being resolved.

      I pre-paid for an annual (1 year) subscription to Kevia Style's subscription box Journeebox on July 13, 2021 for a total of $204.99. I was promised 4 boxes quarterly, one per quarter for the year. I received 3 boxes, one fulfilled in August 2021, the second in March 2022, and the third in December 2022. These timelines were dramatically different than what was promised but were acceptable at the time as COVID-19 supply chain issues were affecting the business. However, currently I am owed 1 more box and have not received direct correspondence from Kevia Style since receiving the December 2022 box. However, on March 5, 2023, we received a mass email from Kevia indicating they were "retiring our subscription box business and transitioning during the next year to a single-purchase product with boxes priced at regular retail." They indicated "please know the core Kevia brand will continue to fulfill JourneeBox subscriptions until the final boxes are shipped." However, it's been nearly 2 months since this correspondence and after several follow up emails, ******** messages, and chats through their site I've received radio silence leading me to believe they are not intending on fulfilling the final box or refunding me my money. Other customers on the web have complained of not hearing from Journeebox/Kevia style for months nor receiving any products from them. I am currently out $51.25 for this last box and I am upset we have not received any communication from Kevia Style regarding this. They still advertise for this box on their website and I am afraid they are scamming more folks and unable to deliver any products as promised, which is truly dishonest no matter what their original intentions are. I just would like my money back at this point or would settle for a fulfilled subscription box but would expect immediate communication and timelines for that solution to be acceptable.
