    **** from Mountain Air Heating & Cooling installed a new furnace in my attic. After installing the unit I noticed it will run like it is going to turn on and then shut off continuously. I called **** at his company number and left a message asking for return call he never replied I have done this several time as well as emails and text messages with no response from **** or anybody from the company. When the company installed the unit I specifically asked if my air conditioning would work with the unit they installed and was told yes. My AC unit is now not working the unit in the attic turns on like it is working but it is like my cooling unit has no power I do believe they did not connect the two to operate correctly. I have paid this company in full and would just like my system to run correctly. PLEASE help me get results. Or a refund to hire a dfferant company to fix my unit correctly.

    This issue was resolved on 4/26/2022.

    This issue was a warranty issue. The first time the homeowner called about the concerns with the furnace operation, I explained that the furnace has some newer safety features that older technology does have, and may go through a different start up procedure that she wasn't familiar with. I gave her some information and asked her to let me know if the system was not heating properly. Nothing about the air conditioning was mentioned when she first reached out. The customer reached out a second time and left me a voicemail, which I respond to in the order they are received. I did call the customer back and schedule a time for us to go back out and look at her complaint about the air conditioner not operating. We arrived on 4/26/2022 and fixed the loose wire connection. The heating and cooling system are operating properly and the customer is satisfied. This is has been resolved on 4/26/2022.
