    *************************** owner of Stocker Johns, fraudulently said that he had worked out a problem with my credit card company, saying that he had received no funds from me after a dispute I had with him.The credit card company paid him as a result, even after I had sent him a personal check and paid him. This resulted in them billing me for the action. He said he would send me a refund, and it has now been over 90 days. He will not answer the phone. He is commiting fraund, and not to be trusted. I had disputed a charge when he sent a stock back to me that had been damaged by him.
