  I've bought a lot of cars over the years. This is the worst place I've ever seen. I got a $6,000 car and after everything was said and done it is costing me $16,000. The manager new I need a car fast. All I wanted was good gas milage and for the car to drive down the road good. Didn't car what it looked like. I need it fast. I couldn't get to work without one I was desperate. After I got the car I pulled out of the dealership and the blinker wasn't working. Stopped and the brakes made a horrible noise. I knew I was screwed. And after having it to weeks I had enough. The heater only went on high so it's either burn up or freeze no in-between. The day after I had it I went out to the car and the whole back seat was covered in mold. I was wondering why my back seat was wet when I took the car. They had taking it to put in a new battery and wiped the back seat down so when I got in I didn't see it. stopped at a stop sign turned and heard a loud popping noise after that when I would back up that popping noise was heard. And after the car was running awhile you could smell oil burning. A friend looked under the hood and were the break lines were it was leaking. And yesterday the popping and the noice from the breaks are constant. That's just having it for 2 weeks we'll I took it back yesterday and the managers response is well I can't give you another car. So maybe we will just detail it and have my man look at it. Yum no you sold me a crappy car. You figured sense I was old and a women you could get away with it . So $16,000 dollar car when it came in for a good running cheap car. Thanks alot Success auto sales you were nothing dutt a nightmare

  I bought a 2009 ****** matrix have had nothing but problems. Starting with wheel covers flying off first thing. Alternator had to be changed. Stereo doesn't work can't charge my phone either. They put wrong tire sensors on it. And are not changing them so lights on. Been there twice to get things fixed,I was there on the 5th to have them put new stereo in and they busted my dash and stereo was old CD changer still don't work. Suppose to give me gas money it's 5 hr. Round trip for me. They never did that either acted like he put it on my card but didn't...I'm so disappointed oh ya my CV joints are going out also.

  Ran very haphazardly, dirty, and not honest. I was prequalified for a car and already talked to a sales person over the phone and agreed on a deal. What went from $500 down went to $2000 down. They were also supposedly going to fix and change the front seats because they were having issues and the salesperson told me theyd be replaced when I came to do my test drive, they were not replaced. They werent even ordered yet, he put random seats in the car and the drivers side didnt even have a seatbelt, how am I supposed to test drive that. Bad company
