    ***** came out measured windows and sent me a quote I agreed on the price. Windows arrived all of them were 3/4 shorter and 1 narrower then the existing windows. ***** instantly blamed me for not checking his measurements and approving his quote. Why did he come measure to begin with. Now I have to reframe every window new trim outside, fix Sheetrock, new interior trim, new blinds, paint the house where the old trim was. it going to cost more for me to install them then the windows were

    Customer was supposed to meet ************************** Salesman at residence, was unable to make it to appointment. Salesman was not allowed to measure windows from inside the home. ******** explained to customer  that he had to confirm sizes before we ordered and would be responsible. These windows are custom built and required the customer to confirm sizes were correct.

    Customer emailed confirmation that he  "Approved" for us to order.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    It is a complete lie my wife met him to measure and he never asked to measure from the inside never told me that there may be a issue and he was guessing on the size, I hired ***** to measure windows I expect him to correctly measure and stand behind his measurements
