Horrible product, an when given the chance to remedy the issue they insisted it must have been something I did. Then to throw salt on a $1000 wound their fix was just sand it and start over again like, what? How about sell a product that works and give an actual detailed instruction instead of just letting your customers go into something blind. Also, maybe just maybe if your product has had so many defects that you are ready with an answer then either fix it or have someone available at all hours to assist your paying customers. Offered me $75 partial refund after I wasted $300 on their horrible products and had to rip the countertops out and buy new ones. I wouldnt trust these guys ever again and will make sure to tell everyone I see the same. Good luck if youre still dumb enough to order this scam.

I am shocked by the bad reviews. I did my kitchen counters with Stone Coat and they turned out amazing. I love it so much that I am getting ready to do my Grannys counters. Thank you Stone Coat for all your helpful videos. Easy to follow.

I have ordered many, many times, epoxy and about everything on their site. Everything arrived timely and my countertops and giant art table, made from a planters table I bought at a thrift store, looks beautiful. Great products and customer service. I dont see how they could have anything less than an A+, 5 star rating.

I have ordered from Stonecoat quite a few times and it has not been because I love their products. I have poured a few projects around the house such as two bathroom vanities which were fairly easy, but even then I had to repour once due to poor video/written instructions on ounces per square foot. The first time I was short on a dirty pour. I thought I learned my ****** by adding a few ounces/ft. I have watched my fair share of their videos and while they are fun to watch, they are constantly changing techniques, recommendations, instructions, and are very inconstant. They do not remove old content if they find better techniques, better products, etc. which can be confusing and misleading for for the DIYer. Example, their white exotic pour video recommends using Art **** since the pour is dominantly white and the Art **** has more UV blockers to prevent yellowing. Yet the link attached to their Art **** kit has their regular epoxy. I pointed this out to them in Sept 2021 when I received my kit. It took a little bit of back and forth with the customer service to get my epoxy replaced. When I was ordering some more epoxy several months later I checked the kit on their site and they still had not updated their kit. I recently started my kitchen, which is a much larger project then my bathrooms, using the same color recipe. I added additional ounces/ft, learning from my previous mistake of going with Stonecoat's recommendations, and still was not even close to having enough epoxy. So I wasted a lot of epoxy and money. After ordering/receiving more epoxy, I mixed 2 buckets of epoxy in order to have enough, after using my first bucket, the second bucket started to cure in about 15 minutes. So the long working time they advertise only applies to after the epoxy is poured out. So now I get to order more epoxy. This time when ordering, I ordered the epoxy last Friday. I received my order confirmation. Monday passes and late on Tuesday I called because
