      We purchased a car Decenber 9th 2023 on the way home we got a check engine light. Lithia sold us a car that can't pass DEQ. They purposefully turned off the check k engine light and sold it to us. Now we have to pay thousands of dollars to have the car fixed. They haven't offered to make it right, took them 3 weeks to call us back and all they wanted was for us to sign papers for automatic payments to be withdrawn. The car also has a huge chunk missing out of the tire. It now needs gaskets and a valve replaced amongst an array of problems. Not our first bad experience with lithia but at least they took the car back this time they refuse to do any monatery help or anything. Stay away and beqare.

      We purchased a certified 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee eco Diesel in July 2021 with extended warranty , 2 months later we got a $1900 dollars expense for the 30 K miles service , and a month later having the engine light on for injector problems , 2 injectors was changed , a month later bring back the car for oil change and talk to the service manager about a problem with regeneration and lost of power and we where told it is a normal process and since the engine light was not on it was nothing they could do for us , 2 months later the engine light was on for fews days so run to service for inspection and at the same time it was 2 recalls for this car which they could not do anything about it because it was no parts for it and told us we should not drive the car for risk of explosion and fire and at the same time told us they have to replace the complete fuel system including the fuel tank.So we dropped the car July 8 and told us it could take up to 4 weeks to be fixed and they did not have a loaner for us , so we where left with no car . After many call with the service manager from week to week and no positive resolution, excuse after excuse and no car and after 7 weeks and the car still park outside with no change and a very bad customer service. We had to rent a car and after fews weeks , we just give up and went to Jeep of Medford and purchased a 2022 Jeep Cherokee trail hawk and they where nice to give us a fare price unseen for our Grand Cherokee . We had to take a lost of 12 thousands Dollars. But we where able to put this nightmare behind us but we will never do business with Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Grants Pass .

      They damaged my vehicle during an unprofessional repair attempt. Estimation of repair for damages done was $450-$600. I left multiple messages and emails with corporate office and with local ***** manager, explaining my situation. I did not received any communication back. That was over two weeks ago. Had to pay someone els to fix my original complaint so I could drive it. I will now be saving up to repair the damage they caused to my vehicle. Hopefully water will not destroy my electrical components before I can save the money. I disabled and on a fixed income.
