They have refused to fix my calling account iv had to pay them tons of money for things I haven't done there hateful they have no professionalism they hang up on u they refuse to give ur money back they have Noone to help with serious situations my husband hasn't been able to call in 3 weeks because they want fix my accountReview from Roberto S

I am fed up with unsolicited calls and this company engages in this practice of masking their phone number as to appear as a local number to get you to answer and then pitch you their service. If they would at least not try to be deceitful and have a normal caller ID I would not consider them as dishonest and just not answer their calls.Review from Terry Z

If I could give them a negative star I would. In 25 years in business this company is honey is horrible above all horrible.The receptionists are super incompetent and we received a lot of complaints from my customers as to how long the Customer file. I gave them several chances to fix the problem. I notified them in writing October 1st and they charged me $1134.00 for 34 minutes. I used that last month and refused to give any money back.Do yourself a favor and run from them, they are just awful.Review from David S

Absolutely horrible company. Got a marketing call from them and made the mistake of trying them out. Had them for a couple months and multiple of my customers said they waited on hold for 10 minutes until they just hung up. I called the manager about this multiple times and was told they were understaffed and it will be fixed. Weeks later, no resolution so I canceled. Once I canceled, they charged me for another month with 0 used minutes, which I was fine if they could refund me the calls where my clients waited 10 minutes. They said no we wont refund by "feel free to dispute the charge". Then I said I'll write about this online and the manager said "disneyland also gets bad reviews, and people still use them" lol. Avoid this company. I'm using Posh receptionist now. They are 2x cheaper and much better. No wait times, dedicated team, dedicated app.Review from Thomas C.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. We hired this company to simply take calls and book straight forward appointments while I took 3 months for maternity leave. We had nothing but problems since day one. My labor came 3 weeks early so I didn't get much time to try out many answering services. They charge an arm and a leg first of all, $2.35 a min and let me tell you they soak up every second and then some. Our monthly charges were $1,500-$1,800 a MONTH! This was more than if we hired an actual person to do real work. I tracked our calls and the minutes never added up. We area small business and don't get nearly that many calls. I would email every time there was an issue and it was rarely resolved, the same issues continued and it was clear these people are not properly trained. They would double book appointment slots, turn down estimates, schedule for times we are not open and so on. I had to do more work fixing the issues than I ever imagined. The worst part of all is the ****** They include each month a list of all calls and time spent on the phone, the called many numbers several times... I'm talking one phone number 3-4times and sat on the phone for ******** seconds, that's almost 12minutes=$27 phone call with no estimate booked??! This was not just once instance, this is at least 10 calls a month. I have an entire spread sheet of this BS. I sent an email voicing our frustrations and to cancel our plan, they then ignored my email because they are the most unprofessional company out there AND charged us $587 for 8minutes used. DO NOT HIRE THIS AWFUL COPANY. We will be sure to let ALL of our contacts know just how HORRIBLE this company is. These people couldn't even take a simple appointment, literally the easiest job in the world. Such a nightmare, save your money and a headache! Our new answering service is $116 a MONTH strange how all the fake calls stopped? They should be sued for stealing money!Securus Contact Systems Response

Been with Securus for only a few months and it's been worth the price. We have captured more customer information than ever and are putting it to good use. We have been able to use the script from the service during office hours and it has been a useful training tool. Securus staff are so easy to deal with & the system we use is simple & safe...& available 24/7 which is perfect when you're in the Construction business, as there's no M-F / 9-5 here! They call us while the Client's still on the phone if it's an emergency, otherwise they email the calls to us so we can decide how to respond. Perfect! And it means I can actually take time away from the office without worrying about our Client's not being able to reach us.
