    I bought a car from a private person who purchased it through auction. Trying to get it titled it was discovered that i needed something from O.C. Motors in order to complete the titling process. I reached out to the individual who signed the bill of sale. At first he was helpful and agreed to meet up and give me the form required. Later that night I texted this employee of O.C. motors. The person who signed on behalf of the company and asked who the company sold the vehicle to and who the company bought the car from. His response was: "go to dmv get it figured out not my responsibility. goodbye" O.C. Motors should be more responsible in the full transaction of the vehicle. I appreciate him meeting and giving us the form but would it have been so hard to answer the questions. As we all know, DMV is very slow and each time they send us a letter asking for more details, it prolongs things. If I knew the history before going in, it would save me some extra steps. Maybe I am being unreasonable, but I would think a company would want satisfied customers who write good reviews and who recommend them to others. In my opinion this company doesn't deserve a star but I have to at least give it one in order to post this.
