    I am currently under Workers' compensation Claim since 07/06/2023.*********************************** has been signed to authorize my work release every month and **** insurance company has been paying my workers' compensation benefit since 07/06/2023. However, the **** denied to pay me for the periods from 10/09/2023 through 12/04/2023 and I could not get about $6,000 from ****. I asked the reason and heard that ****************** is not a medical doctor, so he cannot sign to authorize my work release more than 30 days. **** told me that ****************** is a physician assistant and he could only sign for 30 days of work release. I contacted ****************** and he said sorry. Sorry does not recover my lost benefit so I contacted him again. He said he team manager would contact me soon but it's almost a month passed by and I did not from anyone from Kaiser. Pursuant to the revised House Bill ****, even physician assistant can sign the work release up to 180 days from ****. ******** I asked him to sign a FORM 827, so I can submit it to **** to find out if I can get my lost benefit. When I asked last year(2023), he told me that his assistant ***** would send it to me, but I never received it. I asked him again this year (****) but this time he said his department should review it before he signs it and I am still waiting for it. I feel like I am ignored by Kaiser and might loose my benefit because of the doctor's ********* also went to see ******************** who is a attending physician. **** chose him for physician even though this office is located in *********, **********. It takes about an hour to go to see him. On 11/22/2023, I went to see ******************** and he told me to go to the urgent room at nearest Kaiser Emergency room, so I asked if the visit will be covered by workers compensation, and the front desk lady assured me that it will be covered by workers' compensation because ******************** told me to go but Kaiser sent me the billing statement. I am very frustrated now.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    my activity on kp.org has been blocked.  Kaiser sent me a message and I tried to respond to the message but the "RESPOND" button does not work at kp.org.  How can I respond to the message if the button does not work?  Please leave any messages through BBB, so I can communicate.  By the way I did not receive any calls from the Kaiser case manager so far.

    The original complaint has not been resolved yet.  There was another complaint that I made through Kaiser ************** and it was resolved, but the complaint that I made here at BBB has not been resolved yet.
