    In February I had gotten a car loan for a **** ***** 6 3.0L V6. Within a month and a half the engine had blown. At first they were willing to help then after finding out the engine was blown they wouldn't speak to me. With the help from ******* at *************** here in ****** after 6 months we finally came into agreement that Best Value would pay for half the fix and *************** would give a loan for the other half. After being in the shop for 2 months they still have not completed it. They have told me several times the car would be done the next day I rushed and got the money the loan after completing all the payments for a vehicle that didn't run. I have gone in several times and seen them not working on my car with several lies to me and my grandma. I was told the reason they won't tell anything about my car is because "I call too much". I tried seeing if they even have a business through this and it doesn't even pop up.

    We are doing our best to help this customer just like we do with all our customers. In fact what he says about the engine on his car been blown is true. However he purchase a vehicles as is and even knowing that we are helping with half the expenses to get his vehicle repair and here we are responding to a none sense complaint. We cant control shops on how quickly they can get parts, it took the shop about a month just to find a used engine and about 2 weeks to receive it, after that the shop has more jobs line up and worked on his car as soonest the engine arrive and this customers orrery much has call the shop every day even brought his grandparents to the shop and the shop manager has told them they been working on the car but they had trouble finding parts and that the used engine had some issues they had to figure it out. We been doing everything we can to help but this customer just wont listen to ************* been telling him. Thank you.

    I purchase a truck from them on March 14, 2022. This truck broken down on June 1, 2022 I had it towed to ***'s Garage on June 13, 2022 This truck had a warranties from a company called AUL who is suppose to cover the repair on this truck for up to $5,000.00, Which they are not. Due to the fact that Best Value Automotive sold this truck without a Catalyst Converter, now the warranties is not valid cause it missing this part. From What I have read per ORS all cars have to have a working Catalytic Converter installed on them. I was not aware or told by Best Value Automotive that this truck was missing this Catalytic Converter. Now to get this truck fix and out of the shop it is going to cost $9,148.00 Which Best Value Automotive should pay for since there the one's who sold me this truck that is not up to code with state and federal law. I have given them a letter of demand asking them to pay for the truck, which they said they would not pay to get it fix. Now I need help From You to have them pay for a new engine and labor to get my truck fix and out of the shop who has been very patient with me on try to get this issue resolved thank you for your time

    We have told this customer they need to bring the truck to the shop we use for repairs and then we could see what we can do for them. We cant help them if they demand to have it repair at the shop that is giving them an extremely high repair cost.
