    failure to uphold commitment and obligation for the purchase of new tractor within time agreed, I signed the purchase/loan contract on 3/22/2023 and was promised delivery within three weeks. I phoned dealer once each of the following two weeks and tractor had not yet made it into the shop for preparation/PDI, was informed that it would be in the shop and ready the following week, then be called back for scheduling delivery. Six weeks passed by with no phone calls or communication. finally after the six weeks, on may 10th, I received a phone call informing me that the unit was outfitted with the wrong components, and they were unsure of when the correct components would arrive and be installed. I visited the dealer in person the morning of Monday May 15, and was informed that the tractor was still not completed. I had made two monthly loan payments by this time, and had spoken with ****** customer satisfaction department and kubota credit services, and was informed that due to the circumstances, the loan contract can be terminated and payments refunded, as long as the dealer submits the request. Given the situation of this failed obligation by the dealer, this is what I requested in person May 15 at 10am, at the dealer. I was informed by phone shortly after the visit that I would have to complete the appropriate form when the dealer received confirmation from financial services, and would phone me when ready. No pone calls from the dealer for two days so I called them May 18 5pm for an update, of which they said they had not heard back yet. The following morning May 19 at 8:54 am I received a call from the dealer stating that too much time had passed to terminate the contract, which was not stated by the ****************** to me. In addition, it was no fault of mine why this unacceptable amount of time had passed.
