- We offer a 45 day return policy time frame to refund purchases of unused merchandise. Items must be returned in the original package, unused, with all original parts to be refunded full credit. Refunds are credited back to the same credit card used for payment. The customer agrees to pay a 15% restocking fee to return products, as well as pay return shipping freight charges. Please contact us prior to return to receive authorization.
