    I advise all to not bring your pet here. Since most veterinary clinics are either not accepting new clients or are booked out 1-2 months it should raise red flags that this veterinary as immediate openings to be seen and accepting to clients. The reasoning for this is lack of customer service and professionalism. When I booked my appointment you have to pay in advance for your appointment. They never told me you get charged if you miss your appointment. I paid for my appointment and I did show up. However, my dog was not in my car! He managed to escape when I opened the back of my car by remote. By the time I got my dog back luckily, it was too late and had to go to emergency veterinary clinic. ***, the worker there was aware what happened and she came outside. I called them back following day to make an appointment to follow up on the urgent care visit and they refused to apply the payment to the appointment I wanted to make. I was shocked by this as this the whole situation was not intentional and I wanted to still bring my dog in. *** at the desk was nice at the time of all of this, but she turned cold and unprofessional towards me. Then the office manager ***** called and she as well was unsympathetic and said-"it's not our fault".. Because of how they conducted themselves I no longer felt I could trust bringing my dog there. Animal care isn't just about the veterinarian, it's also abouth the staff, as they set the tone and they decided a $90 fee was more important to keep then apply it to an appointment I wanted to make.
