      In the Ashley store (**** *******************, Medford, OR *****) on 9/4/2023 and 9/5/2023 I ordered multiple furniture sets totaling over $7,300. I made clear at the time of purchase that I needed them before my company arrived on 9/26/2023. I was assured by salesperson **** that they would be delivered the following week after purchase (delivery would be 9/11-9/15). This did not happen. Finally on 9/21 I was contacted that they could deliver my items on 9/26/2023. This was the same day my company arrived and created a hardship, but I made it work. However, upon delivery I found that part of my modular loveseat would not be delivered and they had no ETA and that the incorrect ottoman had been ordered. I was told that **** was made aware and was working with the manager to resolve it. I heard nothing else for days so I reached out to **** multiple times with no response. I then began calling the store multiple times daily, but it was not answered and my voicemails werent returned. I finally reached a manager who stated he was completely unaware of the issue. He finally ordered the correct ottoman at that time (now weeks later) and refunded me the difference. I waited weeks more before the remaining sofa piece was delivered and I still dont have my ottoman, nearly two months later. They have only provided me refunded delivery fees, which amount to 3% of what I spent. This is not adequate given I paid for items, was told theyd be delivered in one week and now two months later and multiple calls, emails, texts, etc still dont have what I paid for.

      Secretary **** and ******************* fraudulent activities changed 3 different creditors with merchant I didn't order 3 times! And sold me a warranty package that was fraudulent and charged my debit card 3 times for merchant that I NEVER *****ED including the Delivery fee of $196.00 per Item, I was getting a (Sectional couch) with Ottoman from the OUTLET !! and the signs all over the store (READS FREE SAME *** DELIVERY) and since I was sitting on the exact Sectional I picked out from The OUTLET on Clearance for $695 this Item should not need to be Ordered!! But somehow this order turned into A $1,950 ...(2pc Sectional ) from the OUTLET/ Clearance and they proceeded to gain financial information and decided to split this order up onto each credit card and added a LOVE SEAT SOFA AND A CHAIR that I did NOT *****!! AND CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD FOR 694. FOR A DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLE PREMIUM PACKAGE PER ITEM THEN SAID THE WOULD CALL ME IN 3-5 WEEKS !!!!!!!!! WHEN THE ***** CAME IN???????? WTF?? THE *** AFTER THAT I GET A TEXT MSG FROM THE DISTRIBUTOR WHAREHOUSE SAYING MY ***** IS WAITING FOR PICK UP AND WILL BE CHARGING ME FOR STORAGE FEE...KEEP IN MIND I HAVE ALREADY CANCELED THIS ***** THE MINUTE I GOT HOME AND LOOKED OVER MY DOCUMENTS AND WAS NOTIFIED BY MY BANK OF THE CHARGES DRAFTED OFF MY DEBIT CARD FOR THE BOGUS WARRANT PACKAGE AND THE DELIVERY CHARGES PER ITEM )!!!!????? THE ***** MEN WAS ******* TO CHANGE THE NUMBER ON THE BUISSNESS CARD TO HIS PERSONAL CELL NUMBER AND USED WHITE OUT TO COVER THE STORE NUMBER???( ***** ,IM NOT A FOOL) !!! YOU AND your Girlfriend who was Orchestrating this scam...I have retained an Attorney... They Have NOT REFUNDED ANY OF MY MONEY AND HAVE NOT RETURNED ANY PHONE CALLS AND WHEN I CAME DOWN TO THE STORE ALL 3 TIMES THE MANAGERS ALL WERE NOT IN THAT *** OR AT LUNCH?? $$1,200.67. X 3+$1,900.3+ $6643+$4973+$1963 + $200 =?I SIMPLY WANTED THE 2PC SECTIONAL ON CLEARANCE FOR $697.
