Absolutely unacceptable service from the service department. First, they "lost" my number, then they quoted me an extremely high price for repairs. We asked them if we could find the part cheaper and they said yes. We got the part and had it checked, everything was fine but now the mechanic was on vacation. Once he got back, the part wasn't the right one, so they had to special order it. Fine. The part finally arrived, they took 4 days to install it just to find out it didn't work. I have been trying to reach out to the service manager, *** ******, who said he would personally oversee the repairs, but he has been actively ignoring my calls and messages. I reached out to corporate because what else am I supposed to do? They've had my car for nearly 2 months. But since I reached out to corporate they are now refusing my service. No compensation for my lost work hours due to not having a vehicle, or not being able to visit family during the holidays.

I called on Black Friday looking at an f-150 and the listing price was $68.680. When I called they immediately would not honor their prices, and offered me the same truck marked up to over 100k. False advertising and shady sales practices by the general manager. Very rude and unprofessional. Theres a reason why this store has an F rating. Also *** bought 2 **** vehicles this year from other dealers and this is by far the worst experience yet.

Got it. Heres a slightly longer version:Today, I had an unpleasant experience at the dealership with my 2022 **** F-250. I had scheduled an online appointment for August 12th to address battery and TPMS issues. Additionally, the passenger door stopped opening two days ago. Despite the door mechanism working, the door won't open.Upon arrival, I was informed that the online appointment system only supports oil changes, despite it offering battery and tire services. I was told my appointment might not be sufficient to address all issues and that the door repair could take an extra 3-4 days. This frustrated me, as a simple fix could potentially resolve the door issue.Regarding the battery, I was informed that corrosion is not covered under warranty and was offered a $69 cleaning service. Given that my truck is 2 years and 10 months old, I declined the service as I can clean the corrosion myself. The representative seemed focused on worst-case scenarios and did not address my concerns about potential issues with the voltage regulator effectively.Overall, I was disappointed with how my appointment was handled, the emphasis on paid services, and the lack of understanding of my concerns. This experience has affected my confidence in both the dealership and the service process.

I will never buy another car from here again. I bought what I thought was going to be a reliable car. A ***** with with low miles. ****** 30 days of having the car it had issues, they were fixed but it was a hassle. Couple months down the road another problem occurred. Well now today my tire blew which is a wear and tear item so Im not worried about it because I had a spare. Until I realized they didnt give me the the anti theft lug nut key. And as most youd turn on your hazards but come to find out those dont work either. My safety definitely couldve been at risk is I was somewhere farther.

Crater Lake Ford was extremely unprofessional in the way they communicated with us about our vehicle repairs. they quoted us a few days repair time and had our truck for over two weeks. They encouraged us to call or text for updates and then after 3-5 days of trying to reach them with no response we had to go into the location in person for an update at which point they became annoyed. The mechanic did not show up to work for 4 days to work on any of the repairs and again after several days of calling for an update we were told about this the service technician was hostile at us. Then he called for an approval for additional work on our truck, but called someone else ( I am assuming another customer) so they replaced parts without our permission but we had to pay for it. We called to speak with the manager and he never returned our call. After speaking to several friends and neighbors about our poor experience we heard from many others with the same or even worse stories than ours. We are considering selling our **** since it's under warranty and Crater Lake Ford is the only option for warranty work in *******. I would encourage others to buy a ****** instead. We will never be back to Crater Lake Ford. It was a nightmare.

Bought a 2021 VW Atlas on new years eve 2022. During the test drive noted that the backup sensors were beeping and the alert was popping up when there was nothing behind the car. ******** noted that they would take care of whatever the issue was and it was still under manufacturer warranty as the car only had **** miles. They couldn't get me in for 2 months and when they did they said I had to take it to Lithia VW since it would be covered under warranty. Took it to Lithia and they found that the car had been rear ended previous to me buying it and the rear sensors were replaced with non-OEM parts so it is not covered under warranty. Left 7 different messages for the Sales Manager and Service Manager at Crater Lake Ford and have received no calls back. Now I am stuck paying $800 out of pocket.

Put that annoying oil change reminder sticker on for ***** miles when manual says 10,000.Said I had a dirty air filter . I asked how they know and was told they physically look at it. Evidence suggests otherwise. To look at mine, the entire housing has to be removed and there would be handprints all over it. There are not. Also, years ago during my first air filter change, I broke a little retainer on an electrical connector that must me removed to pull the aforementioned housing. Each time I replace the connector I always put a couple of wraps of electrical tape on it. That tape was undisturbed (or they replaced it - doubtful). And by the way, the air filter is only 2 months old.Lastly, they charged me for 5 quarts of oil while my vehicle only holds 4.5. When I asked about the remainder, I got a great deal of pushback for "not understanding the process" by a very rude service manager who eventually hung up on me. They use oil from bottles so the remaining half-quart, which I paid for, should have simply been given to me.

Buyer Beware!! On 5 October 2022, I bought a 2020 *** 230 xidrive used car from Crater Lake Ford. I took a test drive with the sales rep and it seemed roadworthy. The car has a 60 day/3000-mile warranty. Shortly after I bought the car the check engine light turned on. I took it to my local *** dealer who discovered a hole in the fresh air intake duct and some damage to the turbo impeller. The car is still within the warranty period, but my repeated attempts to get Crater Lake Ford to honor the warranty have been unsuccessful. I bought this car in good faith but I will now need to look at further steps to obtain satisfaction.

I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from crater lake ford, I was working with *******, and things were going well, the standard back and forth; in the end, we came to an agreed price and were in the process of finalizing the paperwork and delivery. Then after three days of silence, I sent a message to follow up on an ETA and was told the car was sold. A giant waste of my time, a very disappointing outcome to what was building up to a very exciting purchase. If I could pursue legal action, I would, but nothing was signed. Just a "*********" agreement.
