I ordered waterless laundry detergent on 8/15/2022, order #*****. $31.75 was charged to my credit card. I received and email from the company on 08/18/22 informing me there was delay fulfilling my order but would be rushed out soon. It was signed ********** I did not receive my order so reached out via email ****************************** for an update on 11/28/22. The email was never answered. I am seeking resolution for payment of goods that I never received from Well Earth Goods.Date of order: Sept. 11, 2022 Order number: ***** Total amount charged to my credit card: $30.50 I exchanged several communications with an employee named ***, and he said he would "look into" my delayed order. To date, I never received my items. The Well Earth Goods website is now shut down, as are all of their social media channels. On 11/25/23 I placed an order for $9.75. The item never shipped out. I realized this on 12/25/22 and sent their customer service an email. No response. I followed up on 1/9/23 and still received no response. My credit card was charged when I placed my order and I was never refunded. Since my attempts to contact them, they have deactivated their website and deleted their Instagram.Initial Complaint

Placed an order for two items totaling ~$60 the second week of November. My credit card was charged, and I received an email confirmation. I never received a shipping notice, nor the items. I also did not receive a refund. I've tried emailing their customer service to no avail. Their website is down, and has been for several weeks now. On October 30, 2022 I placed an order for a toothpaste product online with Well Earth Goods. I received a confirmation email thanking me for my order and that they would email again when the order was sent out to me. An email to the company was unanswered. A phone call as well. I did reach out via text message because their website indicated that was the best way to reach them. I texted them tonight (November 16, 2022) and heard back rather quickly asking me for my order number. I have not heard back since that initial response.Initial Complaint

I ordered several items including toothpaste, muslin vegetable bags, and a shipment of bamboo toilet paper from an online green-living business called Well Earth Goods. I also paid for shipping insurance. The total charge was $72.64. I placed this order on September 29, 2022. I received confirmation of my order to my email, and a note stating I would receive notice of shipping. I have yet to receive any notice of shipping.On Oct 3 I received an email from *** at **************************** informing me there was a delay in filling my order but that it would ship soon.I responded on Oct 9 and received no response.I responded again asking for an update Oct 30, to both ***** email and [email protected] tried calling the listed number and the mailbox is full with no greeting.Initial Complaint

I ordered 3 items from Well Earth Goods on 8/21/22, payment was taken for all 3 items but only 2 of the items were delivered. Despite multiple emails and text messages, the company has not responded regarding the status of the 3rd item. I would like to either receive the item or receive a refund.
