This person right here is everything wrong at the cinemark right now. Not only is she the manager, she is a sexist and a manipulator. She is such a bad manager that she's the reason you come to the movies and the bathrooms are s***** She throws a fit of a 12 year old teenager and they still made her manager. She thinks every guy that looks at her is hitting on her. She's rude to our guests/customers when she's having a bad day. I've witnessed first hand of the damage she can do. I strongly believe that this person got me fired simply because she controlled the narrative and mainly because all the other managers are on her side because she's a woman. She's the cause of your soggy popcorn because she couldn't manage a small team of good employees even though they had way more experience than her. Suffice to say that when s*** hits the fans, she's nowhere to be seen because she probably crying to other managers about how hard her job is and that mommy and daddy aren't there to hold her. She went out of her way to get me fired because I told the truth. I saw her one time talking down to a child around 9 years of age very inappropriately because she didn't want to refill the kids drink at 10pm. She is argumentative, self destructive and controlling and did I mention manipulative? Her name is ********************** and she won't have people clean the urinals because she believes that men should do it. She has her little posse that she gives special treatments to but would definitely make you work harder if you're a man and a darker skin tone. She is unsafe for work environment or any environment on earth. If you're applying for the job or even think about going to the movies, make sure it's on one of her good days, that way she might not make you feel as s***** about your life and the way you look.
