    I paid to have my ribbon rack built with their easy rack builder service. I had a strict deadline for full delivery of which is in compliance with their terms of service.Received all; but, 1 ribbon.Unfortunately my ribbon rack is useless until I receive my ribbon.I have received very poor customer service. I have asked for supervisors multiple times over multiple days. I cannot attend any formal events until I get my full order in.

    Customer placed an order with ********************** on March 18th for a military ribbon rack. One of the ribbons he requested was on backorder. On March 28th, customer contacted us to inform us that he needed the order by March 31. We explained that we would try and fill the order but that the backordered ribbon was still out of stock. As a solution to this issue, we completed the rest of the military ribbon rack, leaving a space open where the backordered ribbon could be inserted. We shipped the order on March 28th, overnight, at our expense. Customer contacted us on March 30th to express his great dissatisfaction at the fact that we did not have the ribbon in stock. The customer did not ask for any resolution on this call, he just expressed his aggravation. On April 21st, the backordered item came in stock and we shipped it out for him overnight, again at our expense, on April 22nd. Customer called us on April 26th because the tracking number for this ribbon indicated that the order was still in transit after 5 days (it was subsequently delivered on April 28th). Because of the delay with ***** and the fact that we did not know if/when the order would be delivered, we shipped yet another overnight shipment for the missing ribbon. This was shipped on the 26th and delivered on the 27th.

     

    Supply chains have made it more difficult to get all of our orders out the door lately. We were transparent with this customer and kept him in know with regards to his order. We also sent 4 overnight shipments, all at our cost, to try and make things right.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

    Although, I did ask for a supervisor and was unnecessarily obstructed by A cantankerous associate, overall I appreciate the effort in later contact. As the order was fulfilled and further service calls were absolutely fantastic, I consider this matter to be closed and resolved.
