            I ordered a pole barn kit from Straub construction on Feb 2nd 2022. Meet with ****** paid half down $6245. I was suppose to have plans in 3 weeks. It has been 8 weeks. I’ve called texted emailed for the last 4 weeks and no response

            Do NOT give this guy any money! In early 2021, I saw a building down the road from me that looks like a good quality pole building, I found out who the builder was (****** Straub of Straub Construction LLC), and contacted him through his website to get a quote on a 40x60x16' pole building. In June 2021, we agreed on the build, price and payment schedule (4 equal payments - 1st at signing contract, 2nd at beginning of construction, 3rd at completion of framing, and 4th and final at build completion). He took initial payment of $28k, and then we waited for permits. After approximately 3 months, he said permits were ready, and that he could get started. In September, ****** took the 2nd payment of $28k, and he came out with another guy and drilled the holes for the pole barn. Since then, he won't answer the phone, text or email. I am out $56k and all I have to show for it is about 18 holes in the ground.
