            I placed an order with Wyvern's Hoard website on December 5th for a size 13, Celtic Dragon Tungsten Carbide Ring with Carbon Fiber Inlay. The original price was $69.99, however I had a coupon code so with shipping, the cost came to $63.43. This was intended to be a Christmas gift. I received an email stating it would take 1-3 business days to process the order, and **** business days to arrive. When I emailed customer service on December 28th about not having received my orders and how the tracking said info was sent to **** and they were waiting for the package since December 14th. ***** told to give it up to 21 business days. I followed up on January 5th as there was still no change in the tracking information. They said it would be investigated and to send them my shipping address which I did and that was the last I heard from then. I contacted them 3 times via email after that with no response. All I want is what I ordered. I continue to receive emails from the company about promotions, sales, and other items they are promoting, yet I cannot get customer service to email me back, I can't get my order, and I am very disappointed that something that was meant as a Christmas gift didn't get here anywhere near the timing they stated on their website and emails.

            I purchased 2 items from the this website. One I kept and the other was something my 5 year old could make which was a sweatshirt. It was so poorly made that I requested a return. Instead of returning it to a location in ***************** (which is where they shipped it from originally), they gave me some address in ***** where they originally purchased the item from instead returning to them, the actual seller. That would not only make the shipping price go up but you would have to go through customs as well. If I knew I would be shipping back to a different country I would have never purchased anything from a company like this. Had such a hard time getting through to them that I had to call my credit card company to cancel the transaction for a refund. The total purchase of the item cost about $60, to return the item would cost about that much as well, as long as it doesnt get lost in the mail return process. Dont waste your money. Make sure you read the return policy. Very manipulative terms to take advantage of the buyer and not a company that is truly forthcoming in the definition, detail and explanation prior to your return.
