Back in April 2021, we enquired the company Tac N More for 50 units Trijicon Acog 4x32 and 4 units Trijicon RMR. As stated on their website they listed Trijicon as brand they carry/ sell. We made our first payment in May 2021 of 50% at USD ********* and balance 50% at USD *********. We have been told since October that our order will be in ship in November. But till today, week after week we are still unable to get precise update on our shipping date. We have requested from them confirmation order, purchase order between them and Trijicon, they have failed to provide to us due privacy of the suppliers name. And since end of December we were promised it will be ship in mid January, again they have not provided any documents or shipping tracking number. We request to cancel and get our refund of our full payment. They told us we cannot cancel and get a full refund. Our orders end user are the Royal ********* Navy and Royal ********* Airforce. Being a government contract, we are bound to obey and complete the contract, with the never ending delay from Tac N More, the ********* Government will take legal action and black list us from participating any ********* Government tenders, which we will lose our livelihood earning. We have to pay for fines and penalties for failing to complete our contract. We have contacted the *** Embassy in ********, and they told us to file a complaint to FTC. We have all the email correspondence, bank transfer slip for the payment as well as export license approval which we obtain in August 2021. I can provide all the proof if you require for further actions. Our final deadline to deliver to the ********* Government is before 28th February 2022, after their final email saying the goods are on its way in the *** for the 3rd time in 3 weeks, we have a strong intuition that it will not happen and we have to prepare for the actions that are about to be taken by the ********* Government. We were promised it will be ship before the end of Feb 22.
