  I am current trying to get in touch with this car dealership... The vehical was a buyback after they refused to repair the vehical which is in undrivable conditions without proper fix the. Car is not to be driven. I have video of dealer driving the car without post repair determined. Lied about having 2 sets of keys. Bought back vehical but a few days later their payment of total full balance amount was declined for insufficient funds. Finance company sent notice of reassignment and confirmation of closed acct in my name and reopened my **** for dealersships declined voided payment. The dealership has the vehical in his pocession since the buyback reassignment and now reselling the vehical for a higher price then what he sold it to me for. Payback is ********* and selling on their website for over *********.. dealership has been sent email text messages calls and no response.

  He sold us a vehicle that had a clean title to be held responsible for a $700 electrical repair just to get our headlights and blinker to work. During mechanic diagnosis, was confirmed this vehicle he sold was in a collision and never reported. We asked prior to paperwork as there was dings and dents but he declined it was in a wreck. One shady dealer guy who also sold the vehicle under a female name. On the 30th day of having this vehicle, he came to repo it as I communicated with him the dissatisfaction of such representation.

  It's a buy here pay here lot, with outrageous interest and high demand for money down. Says vehicles come with a 2 year warranty but if anything happens to the vehicle, you are liable for the costs. Had some health issues and spent time in the hospital and got 2 payments behind. On the week that the third one was due. It was repoed. After multiple attempts of trying to make contact he explains to me that I just need to become current on the payments and I could get it back. So a week later I'm calling and messaging multiple times a day to let him know I have the funds. So I text him saying that. About 2 or 3 days later he says that after speaking with the bank they are wanting me to pay the rest of the balance due before I can get it back.. uhh what f****** bank WHEN HES A BUY HERE PAY HERE! Claims to be a good ********* but is a s***** human. Glad this ordeal is over and don't need to deal with him and half broken down cars.

  When I first contacted this company and met them I thought they were great business associates, however, I later found that out to be wrong. This business stated they would return my deposit paid to them minus $1000 its now May 26,2023 and still nothing as well as the car has been registered in ***** as agreed however, I was unable to pay all sales tax because the dealership did not send the title with me nor had the dmv got it from them so it was registered as a conditional registration pending upon receipt of the title which has yet to be done.. this business I learned has shady business practices and if you choose to do business with them Id be very careful and get everything in writing in black and white and copies of all documents signed and receipts
