SCAM!! If I could give zero stars, I would!Business owners, be warned: do NOT agree to a scorecard advertisement with Bench Craft for your local golf course! Not a single ***** goes to benefit your local course!!! WASTE OF MONEY!! After not seeing our advertisement in our local club's scorecards, we reached out to the owners. Turns out the golf course has been telling Bench Craft NOT to send more scorecards for years, as they are 12 boxes deep on inventory already!! Bench Craft continues to contact local businesses, sweet talk the deal, and take small company's money to benefit no one other than the Bench Craft Company itself. Once you sign up, they will constantly pressure you for a renewal! A scorecard with our advertisement has not even been received by the golf course yet, and we have been contacted by Bench Craft for renewal!! They've reached out via phone 6 times, email 3, and through text twice. Each time we have said NO to a renewal and politely requested to be removed from their contact list. The last gentleman was "irritated" with me keeping track of these contact attempts and claimed that I would be pulled from their lists. However, I fully expect this company to reach out again in the next few weeks. Have some decency, Bench Craft!!!!

1 starBE WARNED IF COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD . This company will scam you. We paid this company $395 for an ad for the bunker hill golf club in ************ and they have been giving us the run around for weeks. They have not been responding to or emails asking for updates and when we called to ask we were told someone forgot to hit send on the email?? I did more research on the company because I started feel skeptical about the situation and I found many people have been scammed by this company. I asked for a refund and they mentioned that in the contract they have a no cancellation policy. BUT THERE WAS NO CONTRACT EVER CREATED OR SIGNED BY OUR BUSINESS.I asked for them to send me the contract they were referring to and they completely ignored my request. Of course because they had no contract. I even told them I called the golf course asking if they work with this company and they told us they never heard of this benchcraft company. When I emailed the company with this info they state the person I spoke with must not have knowledge of their "contract with the golf course". I spoke directly with the cooperate manager why wouldn't they know? They proceeded to say they were not going to refund they would just let the bank finish the dispute while also offending me sayin i am not rational and logical and in simple terms would be the downfall of my company and to not further contact them! PLEASE DO YOU RESEARCH BEFORE GIVING THEM ANY CARD INFO they even sent me someone else's "refund receipt" if they have a no cancellation policy why would they send me another accounts refund receipt?Review fromTravis T

1 starSounds too good to be true, well that's because it is. I originally signed up for 1 advertisement at a golf course then shortly after was upgraded for a charge which I understood. Every time I paid an invoice it would say paid in full no additional charges. Then couple weeks or month later I would get a call for new charge for some other service that I never agreed to. You get left with ether lose what you've already spent or pay the additional charge to have it finished. one price is for design and printing then another charge for installation... It seems to never end. originally quoted little over 1500 now I'm over 6100.... Ask for everything in writing and ask very detailed question.Review fromJared G

Terrible company! DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! Their sales tactics are purposefully confusing. You never talk with the same person twice. I was sold on an incentive that I have yet to receive. They are dishonest and send blind text messages to try and sell add on services.Bench Craft Company

1 starI hope you get to read this before its to late. Do not hand over any card information unless you have received all advertising details and pricing in writing. They are good salesman they gave me the whole speech on how i am getting golf scorecards for half price $790 and they would throw in tee markers for half price as well for a additional $790. I agreed to this because is seemed to be a good deal. Two months later i was charged an additional $1580. When i called they gave me every excuse in the book. Signed up for a year to try it. At renewal rime i gor texts from 3 different associates saying they were processong for renewal if if i said ok to proceed. I said no to 2 of them through text and called the third to straighten it out. After a long hard sell conversation i still said no. The salesperson, *****, literally got angry and said it doesnt matter if i say no because they will keep calling and calling until i say yes. I said excuse me i cant believe you just said that and he got angrier and said im not even dealing with this and hung up on me. I will never do business with them again.Bench Craft Company

Our experience with Benchcraft Golf Company has been nothing short of infuriating. We were scammed not once, but THREE times, each time under the guise of golf course sponsorships. Their methods of securing confirmation are deceptive at best and downright unethical at worst.They rely on high-pressure, aggressive sales tactics and misleading communication to forcefully push people into agreements they never truly consented to. Once they have your payment, the professionalism vanishes. Dont expect clear communication, follow-through, or any kind of customer servicewhat you can expect is frustration and financial loss.This company lacks all moral and ethical standards. Its shocking theyre still in business. We cant imagine how many others theyve taken advantage ofand how many legal teams are already involved trying to hold them accountable.Avoid Benchcraft at all costs. Definitely a great company to work with and work for! They pay close attention to their customers wants & needs. The artistry of the ads are quite impressive, and they will go to great lengths to make you happy!!
