I am very disappointed with Benchcraft Company and their advertising services. I purchased ad space with the understanding that I would receive a Tee Sign. The salespersons pitch was clear, and I agreed to the terms believing I would get exactly what was promised. Unfortunately, that was not the case.Throughout the process, communication from Benchcraft was inconsistent and often misleading. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received conflicting information about the delivery and installation of my sign. I was repeatedly told that the sign was on the truck or delivered to the course, yet it wasnt installed until long after the promised ******* make matters worse, the sign that was eventually installed was much smaller than expected and did not match the quality I was shown during the sales pitch. When I raised my concerns, Benchcrafts response was dismissive, offering no real solution or acknowledgment of their mistakes.This experience has been frustrating and has caused a significant impact. Benchcrafts failure to deliver what was promised and their lack of accountability in addressing my concerns is unacceptable. I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable advertising solutions.

Sold me score cards, then offered me Advertising on the Bench for $795 and which you have to pay for right away and Advertising would start in august then two months later in August they invoiced me $1540 for the Bench saying they told me I would have to pay when it's done.. I was so confused because to my understanding I had paid for it already so Apparently I was sold Tee Marker for $795 not an advertisement on the Bench. I got requested my refund for the $1540 Which everyone I talked to was very rude they sounded like scammers I got my refund for $1540 so now I'm waiting for the refund for the $795 because I didn't agree to buy Tee makers.don't fall for what they supposedly sell you they are good at scamming people it's almost September and the cards are still printing.. not sure how real this company is...Bench Craft Company Response

Had them put a ad in a score card for this year and got no proof ad was even in it. Havent seen anyone come to the shop with a score card after offering a great promotion. Have been hounded by the company to reup/spend more money on other golf course promotional stuff. Wouldnt recommend to anyoneReview from Justin P

I was very skeptical of this company to start. As a small business I get many scam calls regarding advertisement ect. Bench Craft had called me about an advertising opportunity at a local golf course and their score card. They were very convincing in promising us that we would be the ONLY local contractor on the scorecard. After doing a little research and contacting the golf course, we determined it was not a scam and that this would be a good opportunity to advertise since I golf often at this course as do many of my friends in a league there. They promised many things including the part where we would be the only contractor along with when the scorecards would be printed and given to the golf course. The date was supposed to be July 11th 2024. I decided one weekend afternoon (after the 11th) that I would get a few family members together to go to the course and play and see our advertisement. To my surprise the old score cards were still being given out and spoke with the course owner and he said he would call the company about them. That following Monday I also called Bench Craft and they had said they needed more time and would get them sent out asap. Fast forward a week or so, and the scorecards were sent but there were several other competing contractors on the score card. They had falsely promised us things they could not deliver on. Typical salesmen working for this company. The managers also said that they didnt promise us these things but promises were the reason we decided to pay money for this advertisement. If I knew from the start this were to happen we would not have paid for it. Im sure they said the same things to the other contractors on the scorecard. BEWARE they will tell you anything you want to hear just to get your money!! I will never do business with this company again and will also spread the word to many of my friends that are small business owners.Review from Sean Y

SCAM!! Very agreessive and unprofessional. DO NOT use them. Look at all the complaints. They offered me a marketing campaign for a golf course that has never heard of them. Over the course of several years, I have used different companies to advertise my business. Whether that be through online advertisements or physical ads. This company by far was the worst to deal with. The first issue I had, which should have been a red flag, was the complete and total lack of communication. I was the one doing any sort of communicating for the first month. I only had to pay due to an obligation of the contract. The logo itself was designed by me, so nothing had to be done in the form of designing a logo. Once I voiced my complaints to them, I was given the run around., Fast forward several weeks of me doing the initiation, I let them know I wanted to terminate the contract, as I was done waiting. I was antagonized over the phone by ******* to start an argument. After voicing my concerns, I was once again given the run around, and told "Good Luck" on getting any sort of refund. Again this is the only company I have used for advertising that has given me this much *****, and refuse to reiterate on anything they do. BEWARE and read your contract thoroughly, they will abuse any loophole.Bench Craft Company Response

My first impression was a bit of a hard sell but also a fun conversation. It is probably how I would train people. Once I understood the ad opportunity I bought and felt the process was exactly how our sales rep described it. I got a fantastic first draft of our ad that truly impressed me.
