Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We completely understand your concerns and appreciate your patience throughout this process.
According to our records and the work completed by our technician, the motor replacement was necessary, and this part was faulty when our technician arrived. After the work was completed, the dishwasher was tested and confirmed to be in working order. However, as we understand it, the issue with the leak was related to the hose, which was not part of the original diagnosis or repair.
We understand that you were able to replace the hose part yourself, which resolved the leaking issue. We are also aware of your attempts to contact us for clarification. Please be assured that we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with the work we do.
Regarding your refund request, our policy, as outlined in the signed invoice and service agreement, does not permit refunds for services rendered, as the repair was completed according to the original diagnosis. We have provided all the necessary documentation, including photographs, to substantiate the work performed.
We apologize for the situation and sincerely hope this clears up any misunderstandings.

We called for a clothes dryer that was not heating. ****** showed up in a car that had no identification with another unidentified guy "to help". Neither had any type of Identification on their street clothing. If my husband wasn't there I would not have let them in. Neither man carried any tools. They viewed the dryer for a few minutes, without removing any parts and spoke to each other in a language I could not understand. Then ****** asked if I could share my internet password so that he could look up parts and give me a quote. I refused. He then offered a quote of $395 to repair the dryer. When we said that was too much, he responded "how much would you like to pay." We told them that we were very uncomfortable with them and that we were going to look elsewhere. ****** then requested $98 for the service call. We refused. We are now getting hounded by them emailing a bill for the service call. We subsequently had the dryer repaired for $130.
