  The Wet Spot is terrible! They sent me 5 Jurupari completely covered in ''Black spot disease''. I contacted them and she said, ''oh well, they are wild caught and you should have read the terms and conditions before ordering, there is nothing i can do.''

  You contacted us with the following email and we stated we could not compensate you. Our reasons are listed below after your email.
  

  'You sent me 5 Jurupari with Black spot disease(Diplopstomiasis)!  After research and treatment for 2 months, it never cleared up. I purchased Cupramine and Prazipro, alternating the medicines weekly with full water changes. The disease never cleared up at all!  I finally decided to flush the fish down the toilet. If you look at YOUR remaining Jurupari, you will see the black peppered spots ALL over the fish. I figured you would give me the run around, that's why i didn't bother to contact you when the fish arrived. I'm pretty bummed out about all the time wasted and money spent!  I always expect to treat ick, when ordering fish, but never dealt with black spot diseased fish. Compensation would be nice.   ~*******************

  First, you contacted us two months after you acknowledged receiving the fish in healthy condition. We did not hear from you when you received the fish and our policy does state that if something is not right with the order, you contact us immediately.

  Secondly, you flushed the fish down the toilet for an illness that does no harm to the fish itself, if in fact the fish even had this disease. Such behavior is most appalling and we do not condone it.

  And lastly, all of our fish look fine all this time, Scientific papers state that this disease is not curable, so to have medicated for it seems futile and stressful to the fish. But it appears the fish health was the least of your concerns.
  

  I am sorry you are blaming us but due to the various reasons listed, we will not be offering compensation.

  Forced to pay for next day air which is fine but im not getting next day air. Places my order on Friday and wont be getting my fish until Monday.

  We're sorry for the confusion regarding shipping. As mentioned in our FAQ, we ship Monday through Thursday. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday ship on Monday. 'Next Day Air' refers to the service we use, which means you get the fish the day after they are shipped from us. If you'd like to cancel your order with a full refund let us know and we will process it immediately.

  This place is the best I have ever bought from!! I have been keeping fresh and saltwater fish since ****. I was also in both the retail and wholesale tropical fish business for awhile. So.. I may know a little something about the subject of tropical fish. I discovered this place in June of 2022. The customer service is second to none! The variety, condition and health of their stock is tops! The shipping costs and packaging are the best! I cannot say enough positive things about this place. Suffice to say, I have placed 10 good sized orders with them since June of 2022 and have never been disappointed. You need not buy from anyone else. This is the place that is doing the right thing to promote the online tropical fish industry!
