Buyer beware of this company in **********. I bought a car using their service that had a clean title. The day of the purchase, Autobidmaster reported the car to ****** as having major damage. I was standing 50 ft from the car when I purchased it as it was sitting on the lot. Complete fraud. They reported the car as a Salvaged Vehicle to the *** 2 weeks after I purchased it and already had it in my possession for 15 days. To make matters worse, they reported the purchase price to the *** that was $500 higher than what I actually paid. I would never do business with this company again. To top it off, my login information was compromised by someone at their company and another person attempted to buy a ******* using my account. Stay far far away from this company and know there is a reason why they make you agree to them not being liable for anything whatsoever in their agreements.

March of 2025. Purchased a vehicle from Copart in ******,**. The vehicle was listed on Auto Bid Master. The vehicle was listed as No Check Engine Light, No Engine Noise, and that it could drive on the freeway at speed limit. After winning the auction I also called the lot and they confirmed it was good to go and it runs as its listed.Upon arrival at the Copart lot. I was not allowed to inspect or get the vehicle without certain credentials. It would have to be a tow company that would pull it off the lot. I found a vehicle hauler in the parking lot and he was able to remove the vehicle. The vehicle broke down .5 miles from the yard in the middle of the road. The engine was blown. It will cost over ****** USD to replace the engine. I called CoPart to help me get out of the middle of the road, they emailed me a copy and paste legal template. Additionally, Auto Bid Master responded that these vehicles are not meant to be driven and I should have known better. The item was deceptively listed and the auction was designed to defraud the winner of the auction. We were scammed and there will likely be no recourse. Do not do business with these individuals.

Today I am writing this note to let the public know about dishonest and misrepresentation practices from AutoBidMaster. I am victim of the illegal policies and the junk fees the apply. AutoBidMaster restrict all consumers to visit the spaces where the vehicles are exposed. Which means the cusumer has no possibility to detect any defects found in the car. AutoBidMaster is not an auction but a scam. This company is over charging high junk fees and is forcing the consumer against their will to pay all: high unfair storage fees; high cancelation fees in case the consumer finds out the car is not fit; No REFUND; AutoBidMaster is forcing the consumers to the AutoBidMaster transportation services with lot higher charges. As a victim, I request a full refund of my $1858 from AutoBidMaster.

Customer ********************************* BrokerDear ****************** Complaint Regarding Transport Restrictions and Unfair Storage FeesI am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with two issues I have encountered while using your services in collaboration with ******. / Autobid master1. Transport RestrictionsI recently purchased a vehicle through the autobidmaster platform and was informed that I must use their designated carrier for transport. I already have my own licensed and insured carrier, which meets all necessary legal and safety requirements. However, your policy prevents me from using this carrier, effectively forcing me to pay significantly higher transportation costs through their service. I believe I should have the freedom to choose my own carrier, especially when they meet all compliance standards.2. Unfair Storage FeesAdditionally, I have noticed that storage fees are being charged for weekends, even though vehicle pickups are not allowed during this time as your facilities are closed. Charging fees for days when no service is available is unreasonable and feels exploitative. These policies place an unnecessary financial burden on your customers and seem unfair and unjustified. I kindly request that you:1.Allow customers to use their own licensed and insured carriers for vehicle transport.2.Cease charging storage fees for weekends when pickups are not allowed.I believe resolving these issues will not only improve customer satisfaction but also enhance your companys reputation for fairness and transparency.I look forward to your response and resolution to these concerns within 14 days. If no resolution is provided, I may escalate this matter to relevant consumer protection agencies.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,****** ****** *****

I was charged $899 for a re listing fee, the car price was $1,600 how is this possible? when i spoke with them on the phone they said it is what Copart charges them to re list the car but i highly doubt that Copart charged them $899 to re list $1,600 car.
