      I picked up my car on 2/23/24. Upon paying $285 for the service, I was given the key to the vehicle and tried to unlock/lock the car with the remote. Nothing happened. I went back to tell one of the employees that the car wasnt unlocking/locking. They responded with could be a defective remote battery, however I had just replaced the battery a month ago. Upon further inspection, the car wouldnt even start. The employee told me to pop the hood, and the battery was missing. The issue I was having was with the battery and terminals, and the battery wasnt even installed yet when I went to pick up the vehicle and had already paid the invoice. I also noticed that the glove box was open, marks were on the passenger seat, and stuff on the driver side floor. I immediately suspected a break-in. After asking about this and why the battery wasnt installed already before pick up, the employee stated that It could have been a break-in and was very nonchalant about it. They also claimed that they locked the doors to the car the night before, but when picking up the vehicle, the car was already unlocked, leading me to suspect that the car was never locked in the first place. This would have made the car an easy target for a thief.Upon bringing these concerns to the employee, they shrugged it off, stating that people can hop the fence and could potentially get into someones car and that the thief could have popped the hood and stolen the battery. They did not offer any consolation, apology, or solution. They did not mention if the business had cameras or not so that we could potentially review footage from the night before.Overall, it was a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this business. After I had already paid $285, I couldnt even leave because the battery wasnt installed. There was just a complete lack of accountability and acknowledgment for the situation, and they shrugged it off without offering any apology, consolation, or solution.
