      I had a Luminox Dive watch serviced at this location on 7/6/24. I purchased a lifetime battery replacement for this watch 3/26/2018 and had it serviced under Batteries Plus in ******** under this purchased warranty. I picked up the watch and used it to dive and the watch seal flooded. I took the watch back to the store location and they stated that they should never have replaced the battery because "they dont do dive watches". I left the watch at their store and requested that it be repaired or replaced. The customer service representative manager for that store called me and stated they would replace the watch. The store did not contact me for 2 months regarding the repair or replacement- I went into the store and they gave me my watch and stated that they had called me and that they had it repaired at a local jeweler. The staff were not able to provide me warranty paperwork for the repair. I left the watch at the store and requested that the manager call me to clarify the service that was performed on the watch. I have not been contacted by the store or the manager regarding this problem.

      I am so sorry to hear of the issue you had with the replacement watch. While this is not how we do business at Batteries Plus, it looks like the issue slipped through the cracks during a change in management. We work hard to provide outstanding customer service and we stand behind our work and service. At this time we have reached out and the reimbursement check has been mailed.  Please let me know if there is anything else we can do to earn back your trust.

      I went down to ********** group. Activate priority approved just to get there. Complete waste of my time. They wanted me to put us in if we can mount of money down, Which I could understand because I was already approved. I get there. They completely unprofessional hi run my credit through everywhere. Basically trained in my credit score. To tell me they could not help me. I felt completely discriminated against but at the end of the day I feel like all the. Reviews in everything that was Set good about them would just made up. Basically make the own reviews out to make this their full good to They're competitors when down to mainline auto. And they help me out. So I knew it was nothing wrong with my. Or anything that I was doing.
