I made a deposit on a vehicle. I made an appoiintment to have the vehicle looked at by my mechanic. I confirmed that appointment with Streamline Motorsports. The next day a call that they have sold the vehicle to someone else. No courtesy call to me. Now I am trying to get my deposit back, and the owner is "unavailable" to write me a check. They have had my deposit funds for nearly a week now. Here another day has passed with me not being able to get my refund. In the meantime, the sale person is asking me to go out with him on a date....... very unprofessional. It makes me wonder if I had agreed to the date, would I be getting my refund?I do not even know who this mysterious "owner" is. They apparently don't feel the need to contact me and clear the situation up.

6/17/23 bought a 2012 ****** Outback. We paid $9,297.00 in CASH, it was a Saturday. We were told that on Monday the title clerk would be in and mail the title to us. It is 9/13/23 and we still have NOT received the title. We did receive 2 generic letters in the mail that state they are still trying to obtain the title. We have tried to call the business MANY times and there is no answer, and no voicemail.

Purchased vehicle July 31, 2023. I put ***** down payment in cash and arranged for financing the remaining amount. The vehicle broke down 1 day later. Tire popped on freeway, vehicle brown down and car was towed to dealership to get a replacement tire and checked out. The dealership showed that the vehicle was in need of ****** worth in repairs from long term use. The vehicle was not drivable after a day. I reached out to dealership and was told that they cannot do anything and that im an adult. I explained to them that they also have a responsibility to sell a vehicle that can work more than a day. I was easily dismissed and blamed the tire being this main issues of the repair. I explained again that the car had significant problems and they were masked by the confidence and reassurance of sales person that this was a great car in good condition. That she wouldnt rip me off intentionally. Cost to repair the vehicle was quoted to be $****** from the ****** dealership in *******. Its not good business to sell a product that was able to leave lot but fall apart a day later. Not only did I have to pay for towing of the vehicle three times I paid for two nights of lodging while we were stuck in ******* had to get it repaired. Once we find out the repairs were far beyond just a simple tire I had to get the vehicle towed home. *** spent over $1000 in additional fees that occurred from a car that was sold to me in horrible condition. Im frustrated I feel defeated and I feel lied to. Im asking the BBB to help me put a stop to businesses like this I take advantage of people and hold them accountable for their actions. I have uploaded receipts the quotes for repairs needed, and any more information needed will be provided.

We bought a **** red ****** hylander from streamline motorsports. Noticing a few things wrong with it off the bat (window wouldn't work, a few dials, brake pads worn) we invested in a warranty and inquired as to what would happen if something went wrong right as we drove off the lot. The dealership assured us that the warranty would cover it (story about a lady whose engine died right out of the lot, covered by the warranty and she was happy to have it. We would be happy if something similar happend to us!) and if not, they would take care of it at a discount price. "We're not assholes" was the terminology used. Needless to say, within 24 hours the check engine light came on, to the tune of an expected $4000 worth of repairs. Contrary to what the dealership who sold us the warrenty claimed (that something wrong with the engine right out of the lot would be covered), as well as the warranty paperwork (which specifies that pre-exisiting conditions are not covered but does not disclose the details as to what that means), the warranty would not cover these damages. When we stated this to the staff, they admitted that they knew anything within the first 30 days would not be covered. The warranty company told me that the standard for pre-existing conditions is 30 days or ****** miles, which is stated nowhere in any of the warranty documents. This means the dealership outright lied when selling us the warranty and the warranty company is deliberatly vague despite having a defineable standard. Additionally, while the staff was willing to do the maintenance for us at a discount, the owner took the time to drive in and physically stop them. While we acknowledge signing and understandning the as is document, the dealership falsly advertised the warranty information, and misled us on claims of discount maintenance following purchase.

on 11/1/2022 i took my son in to apply for a car, he filled out all his paperwork, the finance manager said he needed a $200 dollar deposit toward the down payment, we called later and he said he had gotten him financed with United Finance, we put insurance on the car the day before because he assured us it would be ready to go the next day, my son really needed the car to get back and forth to work. we went back the next day after calling all day and getting nothing from him, he said he was putting the information into the computer now, we waited about an hour and still nothing, we finally had to leave. We called the next day he said he had not received the contract from United Finance and could not do anything until then, he claimed he had called and still nothing asked me to call back in an hour, which I did he said still waiting on contract. this is the 3rd day from applying, so we contacted United Finance to see what was the problem, was told they had sent the contracts over twice so they don't know what is happening, we called the dealer no answer, he would not pick up the phone. We call united finance back and told them the story, they said my son can take his approval somewhere else and get a car that sounded fishy. We continued trying to reach the dealer to let him know what we found out no answer, finally around 3pm he picked up I told him what United said and that we are no longer interested in purchasing the car, and I asked for my money back, he said "they cannot give the money back because they got us financed" I told him we still don't have a car and he is not sure when we will have one, so we are no longer interested in playing these games. I explained he did not tell me it was non refundable and did not give me anything in writing, the money was suppose to be going toward the down payment of the car, which we don't have. This company need to refund my money never heard of getting someone financed from a car dealer cost money.

I am currently searching for an A to B vehicle, since I'm starting a new job, ill need one. I went to Streamline Motorsports, in ******** on 82nd, and went to go test drive a ****** Versa yesterday. Liked it, and was awaiting to hear back from the bank about our loan application.I was told that I could put a hold on it, by putting 500$ down. This was a *****************, who I found out today, supposedly was the manager.( His name is *******************************). Well no one stated that it was non refundable. Had they, I wouldn't have done so. So after much discussion with the wife, I decided today to go back and get my money until I was approved.Upon arriving, ******* immediately started harassing and being belligerent with me. Raising his voice and yelling. Stating that It was non refundable. I mentioned that he didn't state that yesterday or never would have. He started saying "well I'd give you the money back but I don't help liars" and I asked what he was talking about.V: well your credit has this and that Me: I told you it's not so great, you knew that.. so what's the problem? He then proceeded to say, oh ok, we will give you your money back. Then asks for a receipt. (They took cash from me and didn't give me anything, that's my fault)Mind you my friend is on my phone in my pocket. He then goes: " oh, well then I don't know what money you're talking about? It never happened. Then him and his 2 coworkers begin to laugh it off.I asked why he couldn't just give me my money back, and I'd be on my way. He proceeded to say get out. Then I asked again, why can't we talk civil, and he proceeded to say:"Get out you dirty *******..."My friend heard him say that and stated "wow"I asked if he had any legal form that allowed him to hold my money, and he said no. So I asked, just your word against mine? And he stated yes.I know I made an error in judgment, but I did not deserve to be treated with such utter disrespect. This manager also has a criminal record.
