Terrible terrible! 100% worst place to get service or to purchase a car. I purchased my car in 2022 and was never aware they no longer provide a spare tire. No big deal, i called The dealer to see if they forgot to put it in before selling the car. I was told by the service department to have it towed in because they needed to check the car out. I have Roadside assistance from the car purchase still being under warranty. So no cost, i said Okay and they told me they would work on getting me a spare. After recieving the car that day they told me they wouldnt have time to look at it until Monday. I said Okay fine this all started on a Saturday. Not a big deal. Come Monday afternoon they told me that the new Subarus do not come with spare tires and that my tire could not be fixed and i need To buy all new tires. They are trying to force me to buy new tires through them, and wont allow roadside assistance to tow my car back to my house where they had it towed from. Never was I told that having it towed in was for the purpose of them replacing my tires. Now i have to either buy tires from them or pay out of pocket to have my car towed back to my house which is an hour away from the dealer shop. Super shady!! Not a good way to do business! Do not support these people they are all about there dollar! And the guy on the phone was laughing because i have to pay for the tow because i do Not want to pay them to do my tires. What a joke! This is a hostage manipulation tactic.

2022 Subaru WRX models sold in ******* do not come with a spare tire.  Due to the condition of the tire, Subaru of Portland was not able to patch it.  Subaru of Portland recommended replacement of all 4 tires.  With the vehicle being All Wheel Drive, replacing only one tire would jeopardize the warranty.  Subaru Roadside assistance did cover the cost of towing the vehicle to the dealership, they will not cover the cost of towing the vehicle again.
