We Village runs a drop in daycare service (in addition to providing other childcare services). I signed up for We Village's drop in daycare service, and paid a $200 deposit. I was able to use their services ONE TIME before the business abruptly closed. I actually had a childcare appointment for my son (for a second session of drop-in care), showed up to their business and the door was locked and the lights were off. This was in early March. Since then, no one has answered the phone at any of their three locations, no one has responded to my voicemails, and none of my emails have every received a reply message. It appears they have gone out of business? I want my $200 deposit back. That deposit was given with the understanding that We Village would be able to provide childcare services on an ongoing basis. Not only have they failed to do so, they have also failed to provide any communication whatsoever to their clients.
