I have made several purchases of tea with this company. Several times they have sent me tea that has expired. I have called numerous times and emailed them twice for previous problems with no resolution.Initial Complaint

Placed an order on 1/21/23. On 2/6/23 I had still not received the order and sent an email to the company- no response. Sent a second email on 2/7/23- still no response. Called the phone number listed on 2/8/23 and left a message. Still no response. Wrote a complaint on one of their ads on ******** today- did not receive a response from the company but 2 other people responded stating they had the same issue. Stash did bill my credit card on the day the order was placed 1/21/23.Initial Complaint

Placed order for ONE box of tea bags on January 21, 2023. Estimated standard shipping states 1-3 business days on their website and 3-5 business days for standard shipping on the confirmation email. It is now 13 business days and the item hasnt shipped. I have called the business 2x now with no call back. I have emailed with responses. They are telling me they are experiencing delays due to inventory restock. I have asked to cancel, but ** told they cannot. Why cant you cancel when the item isnt even in stock?! Why sell something when you do not have enough to fulfill the order and keep people waiting for the item to ship long after the estimated ship date?! All Im asking is for the order to be canceled and to be refunded. The refund is only for $9.10. The money has been taken out of my account and Ive provided proof. Please help and thank you in advance!Initial Complaint

I bought a CASE of Stash chamomile tea and it was NASTY. I am a daily consumer of Stash chamomile tea and in attempting to resolve my dilemma of wanting to have chamomile, not wanting THIS tea, but unable to buy more when I have a whole case sitting in my kitchen, I contacted the Stash Tea Company, which is where I bought the case from, and they sent me a form letter saying I have to return to where I bought it (THEM), include information which was IN the email itself. I called and was sent voicejail, thereafter told to email them. VERY BAD business practices. I believe they were acquired by a Japanese firm.
