- All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The item(s) must be returned to Portland Compressor within 14 days of purchase and arrive at Portland Compressor in original packaging, in new, undamaged and sellable condition to qualify for a refund. The buyer must obtain a RMA number from Portland Compressor PRIOR to returning item(s). The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance. Shipping is a third-party service and is not refundable, except in rare circumstances. Qualifying refunds will be made after we receive and inspect the item(s). Refunds are made in the same form as the original purchase with few exceptions. Special orders sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. While our return policy is firm, we are human too and will work to make things right.
