Project: caraboulite I am unable to get this to work. I have been unable to get the software to run. I ordered an Inkplate 10 on Jan 05th for $199 + tax/shipping. It arrived Jan 10th with some damage to the inner shipping box (i.e. not the carriers fault). I could hear loose electronics components rattling around inside.I immediately submitted a *** request with photo evidence to Crowd Supply the same day. Despite leaving comments on that open ticket, emailing Crowd Supply separately, and also calling all publicly listed phone numbers I could find, I have not gotten a *********** has been over 12 days.I would like to return the defective merchandise and receive a refund, which was stated in their Returns policy that I read before I ordered with them.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on June 14th, 2024, to Crowd Supply, order ****** SlimeVR Full-Body Tracker Lower-Body Set x1$195.00 Enclosure color: Translucent purple Items Total$195.00 Shipping$8.00 Tax$16.49 Total$219.49 Up til now, I have not received my order and the shipping dates are constantly changing. I reached out to get my money refunded but was informed that my ticket was closed.I then tried several attempts again to contact crowd supply by phone but to no avail. I reopened my ticket for a refund but that was closed as well.All I need is my money back. This customer's order was canceled and refunded on the same day they originally contacted us. The customer opened three identical support tickets. When asked why one of them was closed, we responded that it was because their request was handled in another ticket. Our payment processor confirms that the refund was successful.Initial Complaint

Funded a campaign in the amount of approx 970 usd for delivery in October-2023 in March-2023. The items started getting delivered in May-2024 but my order was never delivered. The vendor never provided me with correct status or reasons why my order was lost and just closed my status request tickets. They have failed to deliver or refund the order and this is my last recourse before I take them to small claims court. On Dec 19, 2023, I ordered a product from Crowd Supply, due to be delivered in March. This was a Christmas gift for my children. We have never received the product and it is now June. I have requested a refund because I feel like we have been scammed. I cannot contact the company directly by phone or email. All I can do is open a ticket. I have received no response. I am a widow with a 12 yr old and a 14 yr old and I had no intention of finding some idea. Everything I read said this product would ship in March. We are in June.Business Response

Our customer support responded to the customer's ticket within 12 hours of it being sent. The order was cancelled and refunded at that time, per the customer's request. I have attached the invoice for the order, which shows it as cancelled and refunded.Customer Answer

I've been waiting on a pre-ordered package from Crowd Supply for 3 years; said package has been delayed 9 times since the order was placed. I sent them an email to cancel my order and rather than refund my order, they sent me the package immediately with expedited shipping and no return label. I was not given the option to sign for this package even though the contents were over $300. I do not want the package and rather than fulfill my refund request, Crowd Supply is forcing me to go through the effort of returning the package myself. They also have a $10 restocking fee which I intend to challenge them on. Don't bother doing business with these people.Initial Complaint

In July of 2021 this company took $105.19 for a project called ****, a USB analyzer and device emulator that was suppose to ship in 2021. Through delays in obtaining chips and now getting proper FCC certification, the product was suppose to ship this month. Repeated attempts in the past ****************************************************************************************************************************************************** countries receiving the orders and provided a new projected date of in early ****. At that point I requested a refund. It so happens the debit card provided to their order system has since been replaced with a new card. When I was asked about the card number, I simply said it had been replaced with a new card but was still attached to the same bank account. They said as long as it was attached to the same ban account they could make the refund. That was on August 14th, 2023. I later received a pdf with the order cancelled but no money has found its way to my bank account. Yesterday I received an email that they cannot track the money and provided an *** number. Today, I went to my bank and sat down with the ** of banking operations. The bank has not received the money and neither have I. While we don't know where the money is, we know it isn't at my bank or in my account. After returning home, I did a search on the *** number finding out that Crowd Supply can look up the location of the funds while I am on the phone, if they had a phone. I called three times today and the listed number drops the call before ringing, which means it is disconnected somewhere. The first document in the list is the original order and amount charged, the second is a copy of the cancelled order, and the third is the *** number this company claims to know nothing of.At this point, my banker said there are two ways to return the funds. The first is to provide my current debit card info securely which crowd supply has no way to provide, and the second is to send the money via Zelle. I have Zelle attached to my ban account and it can be sent to me within minutes using my existing email or phone number which hasn't changed. If this is noot resolved immediately there will be further action taken.Business Response

This customer was issued a full refund on August 14, 2023. We have checked multiple times (most recently today) with our credit card payment processor and found that the refund has not been refused or returned, so has presumably either arrived at the customer's bank or is still somehow in transit. If the refund is returned to us, we will contact the customer to arrange an alternate means of refunding their purchase.

I am rejecting this response because:These people are liars. The havevno documentaion to prove that money was sent. They need to prove the money was sent and they will be sued next week. Furthermore, they have no phone number that works. Since I have multiple emails of record attempting to resolve this after this complaint, those will be used as evidence this company is a fraud. They claim they sent money on August 14th and my bank records prove it was never received. By federal law banks cannot keep money destined for an account. These people are liars *** I will now address them before a judge. Yesterday I sent a requrst for an email address and phone number so I can request the refund via Zelle. Their behavior is that of a draud and scammer, and I paid the money over two years ago. They have not submitted one shred of conclusive proof any effort was made to refund this money.
They need to provide two pieces of information so I can request this refund via Zelle through my financial and they refuse. They are theives and have now broken federal law. They have no more time. They need to provide a valid email address and phone number so their bank account can be verified and I will send a request via Zelle via my financial institutions Zelle link. This needs to be provided by end of busoness tomorrow. If not, I will file a complaint with the ** attorney general and the FBI. This type of fraud needs to be stopped and **** money needs to be returned immediately. These idiots will do anything to steal and need to be charged as the felons they are. They have 24 hours before a lawsuit is filed. They have my phone number. CALL ME!!

Ordered 2022-06-15 and they took my $211.09. At that time they stated a ship date of July 31, 2022.A few months later they changed their website to show original ship date of Dec 31,2022, then sent a notice saying it would be January 5 2023, then Jan 31 2023.Now they state that it will ship Aug 2023.Order # ******.I feel that they have been disingenuous with the transaction and request that they refund my money. They have not responded to emails or attempts to call them.
