Today around 7 ******* in the morning. I went into the plaid pantry. And as I purchased my items and left the store about a block away from the property. I was approached by the cashier who snuck up behind me and accused me of stealing and reached his hands into my pocket and. Yanked on my sweatshirt, then grabbed. Turn a good item and one. He noticed my bike that I had set down on the ground too. Confront the siduration he picked it up and started heading back. I asked him. Please not to take my bike and try to grab it a couple times and the first time I tried to reach for he. Warn me to stop and point it to the guy across the street who was swinging around what looks like. I have a metal object whom he said a knife. I try to get my right back but they told me that I need to return items I do not have. And they even went as far as to tell my friend who I had not even been seen inside the store or on camera with that, he should pay them $20 back and I will get my bike. And when I sent and someone a hour almost later the day instantly said they were going to call authorities and that he was threatening them when he hadn't said anything threateni need my bike for transportation? And feel as if I was strong and robbed. I have multiple and this is to this situation as well.As there , contact information and am willing to give that to whoever needs it

I went into the store to recycle. I had 36 items. The employee said he doesn't take most of the items because they don't sell them in the store even thougt I have taken the same stuff in before with no problem. He said, "If we don't sell it, we don't recycle. it."He counted out 16 items. As he sorted them into the containers, he counted them and came to 16. He rejected 20 of them. When we went to the counter, he only paid me for 7 items.I said, I had 16, I heard you count. He said no and asked if I was saying he was stupid. I told him no, that I am not stupid. He kicked me out of the store. He cheated and lied to me.His integrity and honesty is now worth .90 cents.I went back 2 days ago, the very next day and took the exact same 20 bottles, went in and the lady took every single bottles, without reservation or comment. The previous employee lied to me about store policy, stole from me and gaslighted me.This not how Plaid Pantry allows their company to treat customers.
