    I placed an order for &***** from this place on 12/30/23. I never received a confirmation email. I tried to check the tracking and they wanted me to pay $5 to get tracking information. Well of course I didnt do that. Then I receive an additional charge of $24.95 on 1/13/24. I have cancelled the card I use to pay, because apparently they are going to continue to steal money from my account. Please..Please..Please DO NOT under any circumstances purchase from this company. They are *******************

    Ordered a heated vest sz M on 12/15/2023 . The said 3 day delivery for $9.99. Paid and w/in 2 days got email with **** tracking #. After no delivery 5days later, looked up tracking # and **** site says "waiting for shipper to provide product to ****". Called DD back and they resisted allowing me to cancel order saying it would be a coming in a couple days. Finally came on Jan 3 and it was not at all what I saw on website. Site showed warmers in front and back...this one was a thin layer only in back. I plugged it in and only the top of warmer worked, bottom stayed cold on all 3 settings. The label was completely in Chinese, no product instructions (care, etc) or warranty info, It was very small (S-M?) but label said XL, packing slip only had the shipper's address in ***** **...not a company name. I called to return it for a refund and after 15 minutes on hold, was told to send it back (my expense) and they will refund once they have my tracking #. Called back w/ tracking #, the person on phone told me once she verified it, she'd get back to me and hung up. Still waiting for refund on what appears to be a cheap knockoff and/or a scamming fraud by this co. No to mention I Paid another $11.95 shipping to return it with a tracking #. Leaves me no choice except to dispute the credit card charge. Buyer Beware!! I usually check reviews before placing the order. Cross checked today and there are numerous complaints about this company. My ****** learned...it wasn't even that much of a savings. Sketchy to say the least.

    Ordered their stocking stuffers on Dec 8th for Christmas. They were literally labeled 'Stocking Stuffers' and said they'd be shipped 3 to 8 business days. I couldn't get any shipping info until Dec 23rd and all it said was it would arrive Dec 28th. I can't use them after Christmas. So I've emailed my complaint for a refund and they refuse to answer me or make it right. That's not good business.

    I placed an order on Nov. 24th and received an email that my package was shipped on Nov. 27th with a tracking number for ***** Waited 2 weeks and nothing. Reached out to them and was told I would have my shipment by the end of the week. Still nothing. Second time around they offer to send me a free item with my shipment. At this point they are actually admitting the package was never sent. I contact the post office only to find out that the tracking number is invalid. They wont return my money and claim if I want a refund I need to return the items. I never received anything to return. Stay away from this company! They ripped me off and they will rip you off too! I only gave one star because I had too. I dont think they deserve any stars.

    Oh,well, guess I live and learn! Wish I had read about this company first! Made an order on 5/30. My pkg has been sitting in ****** ** since **** 7. Here we are **** 18,no pkg! No tracking updates,nothing from the company,but they sure took the money! Will wait one more week then file with the BBB.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! How PayPal deals with this company is also suspicious,will not deal with them again either,they need to erase arch the companies before using them!
