Rapid Response is suppose to clean up garbage and debris from homeless camps, not take your personal belongings and go through your belongings and decide what you do or don't need. They are suppose to put everything they take in to property where it's kept for 30 days for you to retrieve. That is not what they are doing. They are stealing your belongings and not putting them in property or inventorying your stuff. They did not put any of my belongings in to property. They took it all to their second hand store and to their own homes. I lost everything and am not able to retrieve it because they didn't put it in property. But yet it took them lots and lots of pictures of my belongings and three days to clear my camp. How can there not be any property to recover? But they left a bunch of actual garbage behind which is the main objective of there job. They destroy the landscape around campsites when they do these sweeps. They destroy the property which they leave you with. And there seems there is nothing we can do about it as the victims. This needs to be monitored and accountability needs to be held for the company's actions. This is not done at this present time. While homeless people are already facing traumatic daily challenges this only furthers the difficulties of overcoming each individuals situations and prolonging healthy mental health solutions for all.

I am a former employee and this business is unprofessional at best. Favoritism, sexual favoritism, vandalism, knowing encouraging unsafe work environments, theft, and harassment are all things that go on in this business everyday. This company is one that works cleaning human excrement and dirty syringes everyday and does not provide or expect you to use anything but some puncture resistant gloves. People are getting fired not because of poor performance but for how well the operations manager gets along with them and how appealing to the eye they are. There is little to no chances in moving up if you do not put yourself out there and subject yourself to sexual harassment or sexual activity. The crews steal, harass, and demean the homeless in which they are supposed to be helping. I have seen employees covered in human f**** due to an accident at work and not given the opportunity to go home and wash up. I am appalled by the behavior of this company and I realized supervisors are extremely biased. Sometimes people like to look up to their supervisors for guidance, within this company that luxury is gone. The homeless are literally on edge everyday because they are scared of getting robbed by people with jobs that have a means of supporting theirselves. I dont like to file complaints but when a operations manager goes to a team meeting and tells everyone they care about them. Then wont even give you the time of day when they are on a one on one situation with you then thats highly disrespectful. As a supervisor setting an example and not lying is extremely important. And i dont feel like any examples being set are positive. Please look into this business. They are taking advantage of the fact they are a second chance employer and exploiting their employees and the homeless. Thank you
