    I want to explain why I believe Dr. *** ***** business is not very ethical. I took my grandson to his dental office to have dental implants. He was successful in removing his very bad teeth which made him without teeth. He wanted to get a successful false teeth even tho' he was told again and again that my grandson wanted implants. My grandson was called back again and again to have a fitting or new xrays. Mind you, we did not keep a list of how many times my grandson was called back for a new fit which was NEVER successful. His bill was paid to the tune of around $9000. Still nothing was usable. So I asked Dr. ***** to give me an itemized billing for several months, but he ignored my request. Finally, I did get an itemized statement (again we did not keep track of the amount of times that my grandson had to go back in and I felt then that there was a problem). There was a credit of over $400 and a new offer from Dr. ***** via *** his assistant for any additional $10,000 to get my grandson his lower dental implants. After much discussion with my grandson, we determined that he didn't even know how to do the dental implants. I have requested a refund of my $400+ and have been put in the file of we no response. I will start a small claims if I do not get my $ soon.
