    When we signed up at golds gym my wife had just enough money in her account for the initial fee. I asked the emoyee if we could do a split payment and have all reoccurring fees come out of my account, he said yes took my other card and "handled it". He signed us up with NO contract. We noticed overdraft fees on my wifes account and immediately spoke to **** at the front desk. She apologized and stared if it wasn't the employees error then it was the point of sale systems because it has failed to update billing information with other members and has caused similar issues. We then spoke to ******, the gyms manager, and when we confirmed who the employee was he became visually and audibly upset, slamming the phone on the receiver and throwing his pen in hand. He told us that the gym wasn't responsible for overdrafts because the code said no funds so they wouldn't be able to do anything about it and I informed him that the employee once again didn't switch our billing info and the account of the card I handed him for future drafts had thousands of dollars and wouldn't have been an issue. ****** told us to email corporate, which we did. We informed then of a permanent restraining order we have, as well as the fact that I have broken my hand and also requested to speak to the district manager and they have not acknowledged the overdrafts OR the fact they are trying to charge me for another month because of the contract we weren't supposed to be under requiring 30 days notice. We also are being charged an erroneous $125 cancellation fee. We are asking that our overdrafts in the amount of $186 be remediated. We would like an official response from a district manager or equivalent and finally be done with this situation.
