    A purchase was made from persistent measures from the kiosk employee. He was pressuring my daughter to the point she said yes. She was not informed of the no return policy. We went back to the mall 10 minutes after purchasing and 3 other times only to find his kiosk closed up and nobody there. We went to the mall management and asked how we could get ahold of him. They contacted him (Zehenya - ************ in the ***********************). He texted me but refused to resolve my problem and basically accused my daughter of making things up. I let him know that i would be reporting him. all his response was is that i was threatening him and that if he could do anything else to help me then to let him know.

    I purchased two Soleil Hair Products at the ******************** on Monday August 26, 2024. There was a booth next to many vendors selling products. Two women demonstrated one product to me. They said it was $375 for the product plus a "free" one. Eventually they came down to $250 for the two products. I made my purchase. At home neither product worked as demonstrated. I went to my receipt (received over email) and it says Return Policy: **No Refund Policy**At no time prior to purchase did either salesperson disclose there is a no refund policy. There was also no sign at point of sale. Washington State law requires merchants to clearly explain their refund and return policies to consumers. I contacted the company and they said I made the purchase from a third party vendor and have to contact the vendor. The vendor's "name" on the receipt and my credit card is "Let Your Hair Shine." There is no contact information, website or number for "Let Your Hair Shine."When I ****** "Let Your Hair Shine," the first website to show in ****** results is **************************. There are others online talking about what a scam this company is:************************************************************************************************************ have disputed the charge on my credit card. I want to return these products for a full refund. The company also needs to be investigated. The manufacturer cannot hide behind third party vendors, yet use the vendor's name to drive traffic to their website. The seller also has to disclose return policies prior to sale. Their conduct has been misleading and runs counter to federal and state advertising laws.

    I was approached by a sales person for soleil hair tools in the mall. She insisted on doing my hair so I obliged. She asked if I wanted to purchase the flat iron sold by them and I declined. She began to tell me all these great things about the flat iron and I asked her about the return policy. She said I can come back to her a return it if not satisfied. I bought the flat iron and used it. My hair was frizzy and barely got straight. I went back to return it and another employee told me to go online to return it. I went home and went online and I am unable to return it because it was purchased in store. I went again to the same lady that sold it to me and asked for a return. She once again told me to go online. This business lied to me about their return policy and I am furious with this brand and the morals they instilled in their employees

    I ordered a hair straightener March 28th 2023. I got confirmation of my order, but it never went any further.I have reached out 3 times via email, which is the only way to contact them. They have never responded, but they took the money out of my account.I have no other options.
