I had an outstanding loan which has since been paid off and I am attempting to have my inventory returned to my possession. The loan was paid in full on 7/7 and I have been informed that they cannot apply payment to any loans until the 19th of the month. I have sent them an image of the bank check that was sent by ****** and cleared my account last week. As a customer I feel that all interaction with this company has been extremely difficult in regards to these loans payments. In total I had loans equally ***** and I paid both of these off within 15 months.

Very sorry for any frustration caused here. Yes unfortunately due to a software deploy we are unable to apply loan payments until this is resolved on the 19th. I see our Capital team is actively working with you on possibly allowing you to fulfill your items even with the active loan against them since we have payment in hand. I will follow up with the agent you are working with to help speed this along for you given the unique situation.

I had my cards vaulted with PWCC, I also had a loan taken out with them. I was told in the beginning that I could use funds from sales of my cards vaulted with them to pay back my loan. When I started to sell my items, they then changed their story and wouldnt let me use my own funds from my sales to pay down the loan. After months of back and forth (only through email or texts since they do not have a phone for customers to call) I was able to use the proceeds of my sales to pay the invoice of my loan. I was told last week that my final payout after my loan payoff would take place 7/5/2022. I received an email on this day stating that they are revamping and that they cant pay me (or anyone allegedly) now until after the 19th. They did however pay themselves the rest of their loan payment that was owed. Their customer service has been terrible, the rude way they respond is disgusting, they threatened to sell all my cards that were vaulted with them when I was less then 10 days late on my payment. A payment I was late on only because they kept denying my payment since it was coming from proceeds of sales I made on their auctions. And now they are holding my money hostage because they cant offer payouts of monies owed because it would interfere with ongoing efforts of their engineers developing their website. It has been one thing after another with them. They change their policies out of no where with no actual legal document backing them up, only a highly unprofessional email. And if you reach out to them, you can only do so via email and then they take 3 days to respond. The amount of money being held from me is a substantial amount as well. They currently show duplicate invoices in their system as well that they claim they cant delete out even though I have proof of payment for every invoice. They are a nightmare and I just want them to give me the money they owe me. I have emails and texts from them that constantly contradict themselves and leave me screwed

Very sorry for any confusion here about your current loan with us as well as the payout you are requesting. I see that our Capital team is in direct communication with you and are actively working with you on a resolution here.  We thank you for your patience on this matter and please know they are actively working to get this resolved for you.

I am rejecting this response because:

PWCC has yet to provide me with an accurate invoice reflecting the correct amount for my loan. They also are not allowing me to pay off the loan and are saying they cant accept a payment towards the loan because of the system they are updating to. The invoices they have provided are inaccurate and the companys response time is ridiculously slow.

A company isnt allowed to hold a consumers funds like they are. They should be providing accurate invoices and not charging consumers additional interest because of their system integrations

Its funny how they respond to a BBB complaint faster than they do an email through their automated systems. Theres no way to call them making the entire experience very unpleasant. PWCC business behavior is unethical

    Sincerely,

It appears everything is now closed out and resolved with your account. Sorry for any delays you had experienced. It appears that there was quite a bit of back and forth between you and our team as they worked to get this resolved for you.  It also appears that there were some rude sentiments lobbed at our team by you featuring demeaning images and foul language. I can certainly see how that *** have made quick communication less desirable here by our capital team. But I will definitely give them that feedback as we should strive to maintain consistent response times even in the face of abusive behavior.

My experience with **** has led me to believe they are a potentially fraudulent business actively engaged in predatory business practices to defraud consumers.I have stored in the **** vault $25,000+ worth of sports cards. I requested that those cards be mailed to me via ***** & paid the fee to **** to have them securely shipped on May 11th.***** did not deliver the cards on the dates of delivery which was communicated to ****. **** claims the cards were sent back to the **** office where they are in possession of the cards. **** claims they have all the cards & can only send them if I pay a additional delivery fee of more than $150.Now there is no record of the cards in ****'s ***************** service has gone unresponsive for more than a month. When I reached out to customer service several times. I was either ignored or told "We will contact you soon" with no response. There is no phone number to reach **** only email & a chat system through their website. In my case, **** is conducting business & taking ****************** from customers without a means to communicate with them.I spoken with ***************************************** from the logistic teams. Both of these individuals did not communicated in good faith to resolve the issue after more than a month of effort. They did not respond to my questions & left my emails un-replied. As I have explained, it is not my fault as the consumer to pay **** hundreds of dollars because of an issue with the carrier's lack of delivery, the evidence of which I have offered to provide to ****. **** is extorting customers to pay additional fees for storage & shipping & engaging in predatory behavior that hurts consumers. I expect a prompt response to **** to resolve this issue with no additional cost otherwise I am forced to take further action through government agencies to recover my property which is in the possession of ****.

Thanks for reaching out about the experience you had with getting your package, unfortunately, due to us using a third party carrier like ****** some packages can have trouble being delivered, which is outside of our control. But I am happy to see that this has now been resolved for you.  It seems there was frequent communication between you and our customer service team, as well as with your personal PWCC sales representative to get this situation resolved. We will follow up with our representatives to help them improve on keeping you in the loop even more frequently in the future while waiting to hear back form our operations team on these more complex issues.

Thank you for your business and we look forward to working with you again!

I enjoy doing business with PWCC and have a lot of respect for that company. However, I have overheard a conversation that involves two others, *********************** and *****************************, to which PWCC could have received instructions from them to not let my sports cards sell for full amounts. The target was to keep them on the low end because those two are being investigated for trying to actually steal my card collection. I am not sure I this is 100% truth but would like to know if those two have influenced PWCC business with myself. SGC has gotten a phone call with someone trying to steal my cards there. I believe that person to be ***************************** or ***** I would like an explanation of this as I believe those might have had an influence.

Hello, sorry to hear your concerns.  I can certainly assure you that in no way shape or form would we ever want lower prices for the items we offer in our auction marketplaces. Since we sell everything through consignment,  purposely causing cards to perform poorly would be a quick recipe for a failing business model. In fact we do everything in our power to maintain a fair marketplace, including forbidding employee participation, removing all ability for PWCC to see high bids, and monitoring by a third party platform to make sure everything that happens in our auctions is legitimate.  We even post these monthly reports publicly on our website for anyone to review. I will include a link below.

We also have a robust and innovative marketing team that's main purpose is to ensure we have the best performing auctions in our industry.

If you have any other questions at all, please feel free to reach out to us directly at *****************************
