      **** is an amazing trainer. I just completed a week of training, and I found him to be very knowledgeable and informative. His delivery style is engaging. I learned a lot from him, and by the end of the week I was able to submit my first clients application for funding. Thank you, ****. *******.

      **** is legit the best con artist Ive ever met! H*** try to get you too sign up to be a national sales manager. You have to pay for this, and trust me a year later I havent even gotten a single cent back! Stay away from him!

      Mom and Pop Business Funding is not like any other private lending company around. **** is one of the original owners of Private Lending. It's called Mom and Pop for a reason. They still do things the old fashion way... AND THEY ARE HONEST!!! They do not sell your information like other lenders..... You will notice that the only ones complaining are the **** that wanted something for nothing. It's a business. You have to work it like a business. **** gives you FREE training and unique original ways to make "YOUR BUSINESS" successful. You will NOT find the 10s of 1000s of troubled Business Owners who received a loan give a rating, because lending is personal and private. Mom and Pop lends money when banks and others won't. To all the **** who write poor reviews. Look in the mirror before putting down someone who tried to help you and will still help you if you put in the effort. From an *** who never misses a Monday Morning meeting. **** is a plethora of information and resourses. I LOVE THIS COMPANY AND PROUD TO SAY IT!!!

      I am blown away! I am an I.S.O. for ********************* at Mom & Pop Business Funding.After my 1st week of training I started on the following Monday and started handing out Flyers by later that afternoon I already had an email and a phone call from a business owner wanting an application. I sent it right over to Him and not even 20 minutes later it was back and handed in to underwriting all within 30 minutes!. it was for $950,000!!! This is life changing money folks and all it takes is effort and determination and to NOT make Excuses and just to keep going until you get the hang of it! I am going on my 6th actual Working Day Fresh out Of Training, now Its Wednesday May1st 2024 , ( we were closed for Passover last week for 2 days ) and I just sent Out 4 applications Yesterday and 1 today! I have one for a 1 Million ,100k ,10k , 12k and a non profit getting with the board of directors for a vote. I have maybe spent about 40 bucks out of my pocket to make it happen plus maybe 50 bucks in gas. I print all my flyers for free! Tomorrow is my actual 7th working day for Mom and Pop Business Funding. I work about 8 hours per day doing this. I do notice something about all the bad reviews and do you want to know what it is? NOT ONE BAD CUSTOMER REVIEW ANYWHERE! All the bad reviews are from the ISO,'s who gave up and have to blame everybody but themselves. If you do not have anything nice to say don't say anything at all,EVERYBODY needs to stop being angry and stop making excuses. My WHOLE LIFE has changed because of ***** and yours can too!May God richly bless you all! Parents spend time with your children and tell them about *****, We need to reach the children and train them up in Righteous not what the schools are teaching. WWG1WGA GOD Wins BBB is part of the Deep State and they would gladly take your money for an A+ Rating

Read this article below and the hundreds of others about the BBB and how they Blackmail companies and basically FORCE them to become a member of their organization, well NOT me nor our Company Mom and Pop Business Funding, thus the reason why they won't POST our ******* plus GREAT REVIEWS!!! ************************************************************************************* Meet some of the companies the Better Business Bureau rates among the best in the country.A mortgage broker charged by federal regulators with discriminating against minority borrowers. A financial firm accused in an ongoing federal lawsuit of preying on seniors. A medical testing company that settled charges of paying kickbacks to doctors. And a vitamin maker that allegedly misled parents with claims that its supplements could treat symptoms of autism.All of these companies boasted the BBB's coveted A+ rating when CNNMoney started investigating the BBB's rating system earlier this year. (Soon after CNNMoney inquired about these grades to the BBB, all but one were changed)....many of which pay thousands of dollars to the BBB each year for membership. Some even have founders or former ***s facing years behind bars. Meanwhile, respected Fortune 500 companies, like ********* and ********** don't pay the organization's membership fees and are among the BBB's lowest-rated companies.Through its investigation, CNNMoney found a sampling of more than 100 businesses that had ratings of A- or higher despite having serious actions taken against them by government regulators in the past year.       Training was interesting and they have a decent web site- nothing else adds up. Old address listed at *************** is a VIRTUAL office and the new address at ********************** is a very small office in a seedy looking building in an industrial area. The website claims over 2.7 million satisfied customers- do the math- since they claim to have started in 2007 that makes 16 years in business. 2.7 million divided by 16 equals ******* customers a year divided by 12 =****** transactions a month divided by roughly 20 days in a month =703 transactions a day. Not possible for a very small business. If **** really has been that successful, how it is he cant afford a graphic designer to draft brochures and applications that can be printed on a home or office computer? The templates I was forwarded are unreadable when printed from a home computer. I used a printing business that is a storefront business and he had to work to make the brochures look right. I paid for ****'s black envelopes that I never received. I thought it was strange that no shipping info was provided. When I noted in chat that after one month, I had not received the envelopes, I got no response. Plenty of bad online reviews from people who paid $2500 to be a manager and made no money. I also find it strange that after alleged 16 yrs in business and over 2.7 million satisfied customers, I only found one business who wrote an online review for Mom and Pop Business Solutions. Since **** solicits for reviews right after training there are plenty of people who liked the training- again only one person who claimed to make any money. Buyer beware!!!

      I'm really glad I decided to look up the reviews for the mom and pop funding,cuz so far I've haven't been asked for cash or to leave a review,he however has a 5 day training course free and I started really believing,I could do this and it sucks that the reviews say I'm bout to get got ty for the hopefully truthfully reviews. I'm opting out Thank yall
