    We hired Portland Movers Ready on 11/14/22 to move our 12K hot tub and other furniture from our NE Portland house to another NE Portland property. Upon delivering the hot tub to it's new location the front side panel was broken by the movers. When the owner was contacted he said it was not their fault and it was cheap plastic. We were able to write down what happened and have the ******* sign it, but they demanded to be paid in cash and did not provide a receipt. We called him again and told him we would obtain a quote to replace the broken hot tub panel and he said he would see then.He never replied to our emails, texts messages and or calls. The hot tub panel replacement cost $592.48 and even though we have sent him the information, the owner *********************** has yet to reply.We would like them to cover the replacement of the panel that was broken by their movers.

    The boss is abusive to his workers. The boss made a mistake and blamed it on his workers. Then he boss tried charging me $200 because I cancelled my appointment and he didnt fully process the information. He never informed me of any fee for rescheduling and he just had his workers come anyway so I told them I was never told there would be a fee and that I had canceled due to having Covid.The boss then yelled at his two workers, he called them trash and threatened to fire them and hung up on them while having the nerve to get my phone number and text me also Trash and Fired which I have the text to prove. It was heartbreaking to see the emotional abuse he lands on his employees! Not ok!

    i never yelled at or abused my guys.  this customer was scheduled for 8am.  my guys called me at 8am and told me she was cancelling.  customers are not allowed to wait for us to knock on door at 8am and then cancel.  that is a foul.  according to reality.  me and my guys arent guilty of anything.  but the customer is extremely guilty.  facts.
