- New, unused and unopened items in original undamaged packaging receive 100% store credit or refund if item(s) is returned within 14 days of purchase date.
Opened new items may be returned at 80% store credit or refund if item(s) is returned within 14 days of purchase date, original packaging and all accessories must be present and in reasonable condition. Refunds are issued in the payment type of Control Voltage's choosing.
Items advertised as USED, VINTAGE or OPEN-BOX are not eligible for returns, thoroughly tested prior to sale and guaranteed for 48 hours after purchase date not to be Dead On Arrival. USED, VINTAGE or OPEN-BOX items can not be exchanged or returned. If a defect or failure occurs within 48 hours we have a money-back guarantee that specifically excludes repairs and replacements. Once a Return Authorization is obtained and the item is received back to Control Voltage, the defect or failure will have to be verified before the refund will be issued.
All items advertised as kits are not eligible for returns.
Garments, textiles, percussive items (drum sticks, drum heads), stringed instrument items (guitar strings, guitar picks), microphones and headphones are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Defective new items may be replaced or refunded if item is returned to Control Voltage within 30 days of purchase or as printed on the receipt. Control Voltage reserves the right to require certain items be returned directly to the manufacturer. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for replacement or repair. - Business Categories
